Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) has released the 3rd Round Counselling Schedule for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under State Quota seats for the 2026-27 academic session. The schedule has been issued following modifications in the MCC counselling schedule and revision of the Odisha State Quota counselling timeline.
According to the notice dated September 21, 2026, candidates eligible for the third round of Odisha NEET UG counselling will have to complete registration, participate in choice filling and locking, check the provisional and final allotment results, and report to the allotted college within the prescribed dates.

Registration for Odisha MBBS/BDS 3rd Round
The third-round counselling process will begin with registration for preparation of the State Merit List on September 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
The registration window will remain open until September 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Candidates seeking participation in the third round should complete the registration process within this period.
Odisha NEET UG 2026 Revised Merit List
After registration, OJEE will publish the Provisional Revised State Merit List on September 30 at 2:00 PM.
Candidates will have an opportunity to raise queries related to the provisional revised merit list on October 1 at 11:30 AM. The 3rd Round State Merit List will subsequently be published on October 1 at 5:30 PM.
Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates included in the State Merit List will be able to fill and lock their choices from:
October 1, 2026, 7:30 PM to October 4, 2026, 11:59 PM.
Candidates should carefully enter their preferred MBBS/BDS courses and colleges and complete the choice-locking process within the specified deadline.
Odisha NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Seat Allotment
The 3rd Round Provisional Allotment is scheduled to be published on October 6, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
Candidates will be able to raise queries, if any, related to the provisional allotment on October 7 at 11:30 AM.
The 3rd Round Final Allotment and allotment letter download facility will be available from October 8, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
Reporting and Provisional Admission
Candidates allotted seats in the third round will have to complete admission fee payment and provisional admission/reporting at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, along with the required original documents and signed bond.
The reporting and provisional admission period is scheduled from:
October 11 to October 15, 2026.
Candidates should also follow the college-wise reporting instructions that will be notified separately by OJEE. The notice specifically advises candidates to follow the instructions before beginning the registration process for different rounds.
What Candidates Should Do
Candidates participating in Odisha NEET UG 2026 Round 3 should:
- Complete registration within the prescribed dates.
- Check the provisional revised State Merit List carefully.
- Raise queries within the specified time, if required.
- Check the final State Merit List.
- Complete choice filling and locking before the deadline.
- Download the provisional and final allotment details.
- Download the allotment letter after publication.
- Pay the applicable admission fee.
- Report with the required original documents and signed bond within the admission period.
The OJEE website currently lists MBBS/BDS counselling separately and has published the second-round results and related counselling notices, with the third-round schedule now available.
4th Round / Stray Vacancy Round
The notice states that the 4th Round Activity (Stray Round) Schedule will be published in due course of time. Therefore, candidates should wait for a separate official notification for the stray round rather than relying on unofficial dates.
