Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released the advertisement for 3rd Round Online Choice Filling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2026-27.
The third-round choice-filling process is for eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC merit list seeking admission under Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats in Medical and Dental undergraduate courses.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?
According to the ACPUGMEC notice, the third-round online choice-filling facility is available to all eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC merit list. The counselling covers admission to Medical and Dental undergraduate courses under:
- Government Seats
- Management Seats
- NRI Seats
The admissions are for MBBS and BDS courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges in Gujarat for the academic year 2026-27.
Round 3 Choice Filling Begins October 6
Eligible candidates can participate in the third round by filling their preferred choices from October 6, 2026.
The choice-filling window will remain open until 10:00 AM on October 10, 2026. Candidates should submit their preferred colleges and courses within the specified deadline.
Filled Choices to Be Displayed on October 10
After the choice-filling window closes, the choices filled by candidates will be displayed on October 10, 2026, up to 12:00 Noon. Candidates should carefully review the choices entered during the third round.
