Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC), under the Government of Tripura, has issued a modification to the provisional Round 3 allotment result for Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026. The notice, dated 14 October 2026, follows the provisional allotment result published on 13 October 2026.
According to the revised notification, the provisional allotment of NEET UG candidate Roll Number 4301102520, with NEET Rank 19,671 and 577 marks, has been cancelled. Following this cancellation, the allotments of four candidates have been upgraded.

Other Allotments Remain Unchanged
TRMCC has clarified that all other allotments will remain unchanged and valid as notified earlier. The existing terms, conditions, instructions and admission schedule mentioned in the notification dated 13 October 2026 will continue to apply.
The modified allotments remain provisional and are subject to verification of eligibility and original documents under the applicable counselling rules.
Tripura NEET UG Round 3: Reporting and Admission Deadlines
As stated in the original Round 3 notification dated 13 October 2026, candidates must complete the required reporting and admission formalities within the prescribed timeline.

The committee has advised candidates to complete fee payments by 16 October because 17 October is a bank holiday. Candidates should check the modified allotment notice and the original notification carefully before proceeding with admission.
