Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration

Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana has officially announced the tentative schedule for Round 2 of NEET UG 2025 counselling. Round 2 of counselling marks another opportunity for candidates wanting to secure admission in MBBS and BDS courses under Haryana state quota seats in government or private medical and dental colleges respectively. This round is especially significant for candidates that did not receive a seat or candidates who wish to upgrade the allocated seat in Round 1. 

Candidates wishing to take part in round 2 of counselling must register from scratch through the official counselling portal: https://uhsrugcounselling.com. During the registration process, candidates must submit their willingness for the choices of colleges and specific seats to be included in the allotment process. Candidates who joined seats in Round 1 but want an upgrade must submit fresh choices in order of preference to be eligible for consideration in Round 2.

The new registration period for Round 2 will open at 9:00 am on 11th September 2025 and will close at 11:59 pm on 14th September 2025. Candidates must complete the registration process and preferences must be submitted before the closing date – as late submissions will not be acknowledged.

It is also important to note that candidates can only register once they pay the required security deposit. The security deposit really depends on the types of colleges the candidates seek to apply too, and will guarantee the candidates participation in the counselling process. Registration and security deposit is necessary to qualify for seat allotment and Round 2.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration Date

Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana has released the provisional schedule for Round 2 of NEET UG 2025 counselling. This round has a fresh registration process that will allow candidates who are registering again and candidates who participated in Round 1 to register and apply for a seat allotment.

Candidates who did not register for Round 1 will need to register in this round, whereas if you are already registered but would like to participate in Round 2, you will need to log in and apply for your willingness online. Candidates who can apply in Round 2 include;

• Registered candidates who did not get a seat allotted in Round 1
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1, but did not join
• Candidates who joined a seat in Round 1, but want to upgrade in Round 2

Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration Process

Registration for Round 2 of Haryana NEET Counseling 2025 is fully online through the official site https://uhsrugcounselling.com. Candidates wishing to participate in Round 2 must carefully complete the following steps to ensure their seat. 

1. Access the official site

• Go to https://uhsrugcounselling.com click on the “Round 2 Registration/Willingness.” 

2. Login or Fresh Registration

• Registered Candidates: Enter your NEET UG roll number and password to log in to the system.
• New Candidates: Click on the Fresh Registration button. Enter particulars in the form presented; personal details, NEET UG particulars, contact details, and create a password.

3. Submit Willingness

After logging in, you will then choose one of the two options (if you are accepted into Round 1):

• Willingness for upgradation (if you already accepted admission in Round 1)
• Willingness for fresh seat allotment (if confused/no admission in Round 1).  

4. Pay Security Amount 

• Pay the required security deposit online via net banking/credit/debit card. 
• The security amount will be refunded after the conclusion of the counseling process per the rules (or adjusted in the tuition fee upon admission). 

5. Choice Filling & Locking 

• Online choice filling: users will fill in their preferred colleges and courses in order of preference. 
• Lock your choices before the specified deadlines, unlocked choices will be automatically locked at the prescribed cut-off time.

6. Download Confirmation Slip

• After successful submission, download and save the registration/choice filling confirmation slip for future reference.

Candidates participating in Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 are required to pay the Registration cum Counselling Fee online while completing the registration process. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid through the official counselling portal https://uhsrugcounselling.com using net banking, debit card, or credit card.
