The registration process will be carried out entirely online, including uploading of certificates, payment of fees, and option entry. No offline applications will be accepted.

PG medical program admissions in Andhra Pradesh are conducted in Government Medical Colleges and Private Medical Colleges. In Government Colleges, 50% of the total seats are reserved under the All India Quota (AIQ) and the rest of the 50% of seats belong to the State Quota. In private unaided medical colleges, 50% of the seats are under the Competent Authority (State Quota) and the 50% belong to the Management Quota.
Candidates should possess an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college and have qualified NEET PG 2025 which was conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) on August 3, 2025, and results released by August 19, 2025.
Dr. N.T.R University Of Health Sciences will release the seat matrix and category-wise seat availability before the commencement of choice filling. Counselling for All India Quota seats will be organized separately by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Andhra Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2025 registration procedure is executed through the official portal (https://drntr.uhsap.in), and it is mandatory to complete all steps involving the registration process; applications that do not include all stages of the process will be deemed as incomplete, and applicants will not be considered for admission.
Step 1: Registration
- To register, access the official website, and click on ‘Registration’ link listed under FORMS.

Only candidates who have their names listed in the final merit list will be able to participate in web options for seat allocation. The entire process of counselling and admission will be done online via the official portal to ensure transparency and fair distribution of seats in the govt and private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Andhra Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2025 Admission Rules
- The allotment order will specify the last date for reporting to the allotted college for the selected candidates.
- All candidates, including in-service doctors, will be required to execute a bond on a stamped paper of Rs.100.
- The agreement to sign the bond will obligate candidates to:
- Complete the entire term of the postgraduate training programme, or
- Pay an amount of Rs.3,00,000 along with 18% GST to the University upon discontinuation of the course.
- Candidates who discontinue the course will also be obligated to repay the stipend received by them till the date of discontinuation in addition to the original amount paid as the bond amount.
- Candidates who discontinue the PG course will be disqualified for three years for admission into any postgraduate medical degree or diploma course in any college in Andhra Pradesh as per government orders and notification from the university.
- All rules regarding admission, discontinuation of the programme and penalty will continue to be applicable as per the notifications issued by the University and the Government from time to time.

An issue of non-compliance results in cancellation of a PG degree and recovery of all amounts disbursed by the Andhra Pradesh Government, including tuition fees and stipends to cover expenses incurred.Those accepted into postgraduate medical programs in Andhra Pradesh as in-service are responsible for fulfilling applicable bond obligations to fulfill their service obligations to the state government.

- Candidates are obligated to execute a bond on Rs.100 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper to serve under the DME/DSH/DPH&FW as per government requirements.Each candidate must serve a minimum of 10 years in a government institution or health facility after completing the PG degree.
- In-service PG candidates pursuing super specialty courses on their own must complete the remaining service period immediately after their SS course.
- If a candidate fails to fulfill the bond, they must pay a penalty of Rs.50,00,000 along with the salary and stipend received during the study period, plus applicable interest.
- The PG/Super Specialty degree certificate will remain in the custody of the sponsoring authority (DME/DSH/DPH&FW) until the bond service period is completed.
