Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada has announced the schedule for physical verification of original certificates for candidates who have applied under the Sports & Games category for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026–27.
The notification, dated August 25, 2026, has been issued in continuation of the university’s earlier notification and based on communication received from the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP), Vijayawada. Candidates included in the Sports & Games category must appear physically for verification according to the schedule notified by NTRUHS.

Candidates have also been informed that they may be required to stay for one additional day, if necessary, for completion of physical verification.
Physical Verification Mandatory
Candidates who have applied for reservation under the Sports & Games category must appear before the concerned authorities for physical verification of their original certificates.
NTRUHS has clearly stated that candidates who fail to attend the physical verification on the scheduled dates will not be considered under the Sports & Games category, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring the original certificates along with two sets of photocopies at the time of verification.
The required documents include:
- 10th Class and Intermediate (+2) Marks Memos
- UG NEET 2026 Rank Card
- Aadhaar Card
- Sports Achievement Certificates
- Backup Certificates relating to the highest achievements
- Relevant prescribed forms – Form I, Form II, Form III and Form IV
- Two recent candidate photographs
Candidates should ensure that all required certificates are available in original and that two complete sets of photocopies are prepared before appearing for verification.
Candidates Listed for Verification
NTRUHS has also published the candidate-wise schedule containing details such as NEET Roll Number, NEET Rank, NEET Score, candidate name and gender, with candidates arranged according to their allotted verification day.
Candidates should check the official notification carefully to confirm their serial number and reporting date before visiting the university.
Important Instructions
Candidates should report at the specified venue from 10:00 AM onwards on their allotted date and carry all original documents and required photocopies.
Those who are unable to attend on the specified date should note that failure to appear before the SAAP authorities may result in loss of consideration under the Sports & Games category.
