Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh, has published the NEET UG 2026 Round 3 State Merit List for MBBS and BDS admissions. A separate list of eligible candidates for the NRI quota has also been issued for Round 3 counselling.
The state merit list covers candidates who opted for allotment and completed valid choice filling. The 219-page document contains candidate details, NEET scores, All India Ranks, Chhattisgarh state merit ranks, category information, domicile status and seat-type details.
Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Merit List
The Round 3 state merit list is intended for candidates participating in Chhattisgarh’s MBBS and BDS counselling process. It includes applicants for government quota, private quota and other seat categories shown in the document.
Candidates can check the following details in the merit list:
- Candidate name and NEET roll number
- NEET score and All India Rank
- Chhattisgarh state merit rank
- Category and category rank, where applicable
- Chhattisgarh domicile status
- Applied course and type of college seat
The first entry in the merit-wise list has a NEET score of 556 and Chhattisgarh state merit rank 1. Candidates should use their own NEET roll number and other details to locate their entry in the document.

NRI Quota Eligible Candidates List Released
DME Chhattisgarh has also issued the Round 3 Counselling List of Eligible Candidates for NRI Quota, dated 10 October 2026.
The separate document contains 58 candidates and lists their NEET roll numbers, NEET ranks and names. Candidates interested in the NRI quota should check this list separately from the main state merit list. Inclusion in the eligible-candidate list should not be treated as confirmation of seat allotment.

What Should Candidates Do Next?
Candidates participating in Round 3 counselling should:
- Check the state merit list using their NEET roll number and verify their state merit rank.
- Review the NRI quota list separately if they are applying under that category.
- Follow official counselling notices for allotment, reporting, document verification and other admission requirements.
- Refer to the official DME Chhattisgarh website for further instructions and updates.
Important: The state merit list and NRI quota eligibility list are separate documents serving different purposes. Candidates should follow the official counselling instructions for the next stage of admission.
