Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the UGNEET 2026 Third Round Final Seat Allotment Results for admission to Medical (MBBS) and Dental (BDS) courses on October 6, 2026.
The final allotment follows the re-run of the third-round provisional allotment process. As per the KEA notice, the allotment was re-run after considering seats cancelled by candidates, seats that became available due to candidates opting out of counselling, and the choices already entered by candidates.

Fee Payment and College Reporting
Candidates who have been allotted an MBBS or BDS seat in the third round must complete the fee payment within the prescribed period. The KEA notice states that candidates have to pay the applicable fees from October 7 to October 9, 2026, during banking hours.
After payment, candidates must download the Seat Confirmation Slip and report to their allotted college with all the required original documents between October 7 and October 11, 2026.
Candidates should note that October 10, 2026 is a public holiday.

Candidates Must Complete Admission Formalities on Time
Candidates who have received a seat in the Karnataka UGNEET 2026 third round should carefully check their allotment status and complete the fee payment and reporting formalities within the prescribed dates.
Candidates should also carry all original documents required for admission while reporting to the allotted college.
The final allotment lists should be checked carefully for the candidate’s rank, allotted college, course, category, fee and status before proceeding with admission.
