Reporting Instructions for Candidates
The Board has clarified that candidates who retained their previous seat and have already joined do not need to report again.
Candidates who have been upgraded may need to report for joining, document submission and other formalities at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, within the period specified in their allotment letter. Candidates upgraded at the same college because of a category change must also report again.
For Round 2 joined and upgraded candidates, documents will be transferred from one college to another where applicable. Any fee deficit must be paid by the candidate according to the allotment letter. Excess fees, if any, will be refunded after all counselling rounds are completed.
Important: The Result Is Provisional
The Board has clearly stated that the Round 3 allotment is provisional and subject to verification, scrutiny, reconciliation, correction and revision. Publication of the result does not guarantee final admission.
Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements, produce the necessary original documents, pay the prescribed fees and complete reporting and joining formalities within the applicable deadlines. An allotment may be corrected, revised or cancelled if discrepancies or eligibility issues are identified.
Candidates should also review the applicable rules before making decisions about upgradation, resignation, participation in subsequent rounds or fee refunds.
