Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 authorities have issued an important notice cautioning candidates against submitting incorrect information in their counselling application forms.
The notice dated 30 September 2026 states that any allotment made on the basis of incorrect information, such as domicile or caste category, may be cancelled if the candidate fails to produce the relevant original documents during document verification at the allotted college.
Allotment May Be Cancelled for Wrong Information
According to the notice, candidates must ensure that all information entered in their application form is correct. If a candidate provides incorrect information and is subsequently unable to produce the corresponding original documents during joining and document verification, the allotted seat may be cancelled.
In such cases, the security deposit will also be forfeited, and the candidate will be debarred from participating in the stray vacancy round. The counselling authority has therefore advised all applicants to carefully verify the details submitted in their application form.
Correction Facility Available Before Deadline
The notice also states that candidates have the option to correct their application details within the permitted period. For corrections related to Part-1 of the application form, candidates can send their correction applications/emails along with the required documents, including:
- ID proof
- NEET scorecard
- Relevant supporting documents
The notice refers to the Round-3 notification dated 10 September 2026 for the applicable correction procedure. The current Round 3 schedule also provides candidates time to submit their application form, with the final submission deadline scheduled for 3 October 2026.
Candidates Responsible for Information Submitted
Rajasthan counselling authority has clearly stated that candidates themselves will be responsible for any wrong information submitted in the application form.
Candidates should therefore carefully check details related to their domicile, caste category and other applicable categories and ensure that they possess the original documents supporting the information entered in the application.
No Correction After the Deadline
The notice further states that the counselling board will not entertain any application for change, edit or correction after the deadline of 3 October 2026.
Candidates participating in Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 should therefore complete any required correction within the prescribed timeline.
