Candidates should follow the instructions mentioned in their provisional seat allotment order and report within the prescribed timeline.
Important Rule Regarding AIQ Admission
A major instruction in the notice concerns candidates who have already participated in All India Quota (AIQ) counselling.
Candidates who registered for UGMAC-2026 but have joined or taken admission through AIQ up to Round 3 are not eligible to participate in Bihar UGMAC-2026 Round 3 and further counselling.
If such candidates are included in the list shared by MCC, they will not be considered for the Bihar Round 3 seat allotment process.
If such a candidate is holding a seat through Bihar Round 1 or Round 2, the allotment will be cancelled with forfeiture of the security deposit, and no claim or request in this regard will be entertained.
Candidates Should Check the Updated Seat Matrix
Candidates participating in Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3 should check the updated seat matrix before filling their choices.
Since seats may become available due to upgradation of Round 2 candidates, the vacancy position may change before Round 3 choice filling.
Candidates should therefore fill their choices only after reviewing the latest seat matrix and should keep the prescribed deadlines in mind.
