Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced an extension of the option-entry deadline for the UGNEET 2026 Online Stray Vacancy Round for Medical and Dental Seats.
According to the KEA notice dated October 15, 2026, candidates who do not currently hold a medical seat have been permitted to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round, subject to payment of the prescribed Medical Course Fee Deposit, as notified on October 8, 2026.
Medical Course Fee Deposit Deadline
KEA has stated that the last date to pay the Medical Course Fee Deposit for the Stray Vacancy Round is 11:00 AM on October 19, 2026.
Option Entry Deadline Extended
The authority has also extended the deadline for entering options. Candidates can now complete their option entry until 1:00 PM on October 19, 2026.
Candidates planning to participate should ensure that the required fee deposit is completed within the specified deadline and that their options are entered before the revised closing time.
