- All India Rank (AIR)
- NEET roll number
- Maharashtra CET application form number
- Candidate name and category
- Gender and applicable category-related details
- Allotted quota, where applicable
- College code and college name, where a selection is shown
The list includes selections across medical and dental colleges in Maharashtra. Examples visible in the document include Grant Medical College, Mumbai; B.J. Medical College, Pune; Government Medical College, Mumbai; Government Medical College, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar; and Nair Dental College, Mumbai, among others.

Selection Is Provisional, Not Final Admission
The CET Cell has clearly stated that this is a provisional selection list. Admission will be confirmed only after the allotted institute verifies the candidate’s original documents and confirms eligibility under the NEET UG 2026 information brochure.
Candidates must submit all original documents supporting their claims and pay the required fees at the selected college within the prescribed deadline. Failure to complete these requirements within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the selection.
Seat allotments are limited to seats approved or permitted by the relevant medical and dental authorities, as specified in the notice.

Candidates whose names appear against an allotted college should take the following steps:
- Open the provisional selection list and locate their own entry.
- Verify their AIR, NEET roll number, category, quota and allotted college details.
- Check the required documents and fee instructions applicable to their admission.
- Report to the allotted college with the original documents.
- Complete document verification, eligibility confirmation and fee payment within the applicable deadline.
- Complete the required Status Retention Form at the college, if applicable under the counselling instructions.
Candidates should not rely only on a name match. They should cross-check their roll number and other identifying details in the official list.

Extended up to October 22, 2026, 5:30 PM as the last date for joining the respective college and filling the Status Retention Form at the college. Candidates should follow the latest applicable official notice and confirm any college-specific instructions before reporting.
