It is conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, where eligible students get the chance to take admitted to MBBS and BDS programmes without and with Government & Private medical/dental colleges of the state.
Round 2 registration is only available online through the official page upneet.gov.in. The online registration for Round 2 will begin on 10th September 2025 at 5:00 PM until 15th September 2025 at 11:00 AM. Candidates who are interested in taking part in the Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling must register online via the official website: https://upneet.gov.in, as registration is mandatory to secure a seat in government and private medical and dental colleges under state quota.
Login Credentials:
- You will enter login credentials when you access the registration portal – your NEET 2025 Roll Number and your Application Number.
Follow On-Screen Instructions:
- Follow the on-screen directions exactly as instructed in order to complete the registration.

- Do not use anyone else’s mobile number for the registration. Use your own mobile number for registration and any other communication.
Verify Personal Details:
- Your personal details (e.g. name, parent’s name, date of birth, etc.) should match exactly with your NEET admit card. If not, you may be disqualified.
Create Password:
- Create a secure password for future logins and make sure it is secure. Never share your password with anyone.
Pay Registration Fee:

UP NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration Fee & Security Money
Candidates will be required to pay an online, non-refundable registration fee during the UP NEET UG Counselling 2025 registration process. The registration fee differs from category to category and must be paid for candidates to complete the counselling registration.
Candidates will also need to pay a security amount (refundable), depending on which type of college the candidate is applying to. The security money can be refunded once the counselling process is over as long as the candidate has not disobeyed any of the counselling rules or lost the allocated seat.
