The revised seat matrix displaying total vacancies after Round 2 will be published on 3rd October 2025 and will further be revised if new vacancies arise. Candidates are recommended to review the revised seat matrix carefully before making their choices.

Bihar NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration Process
Bihar NEET UG Counselling 2025 (UGMAC) Round 3 registration process is conducted online by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) through its official website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in).
Candidates who have not previously registered or who registered but did not pay and submit the online application process can now register for Round 3. The process consists of the following seven steps, as noted below.
Step 1: Registration
- Candidates must authenticate their identity using their NEET (UG) 2025 Roll Number, Candidate’s Name, and Date of Birth.
- After verification, an OTP is sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email ID (as per NEET application).
- Candidates must create a password, after which a UGMAC ID is generated.
- This ID and password are used for logging in, completing the application form, and all future communication.
Step 2: Multi-Step Application Form
After registration is complete, the applicant logs in to the system and completes information in four sections.
- Personal Details: Fill in personal information as indicated, and click Save & Continue.
- Contact Details: Fill in both a permanent address and a correspondence address, then click Save & Continue.
- Educational Details: Fill in educational information for undergraduate and/or postgraduate institutions.
- Respond to the Upload Documents prompt. You will submit scanned documents of your passport size photo, signature, and other documents indicated.
Step 3: Application Preview & Final Submission
- Review all information inputted on Step 1 and Step 2 thoroughly.
- When you are ready to submit, review your application and select Final Submit & Proceed to Payment to officially submit your application.
- If you need to edit any information, click Back to Edit, make your changes, and click Save Changes.
- Once you verify your information you can review and click Final Submit & Proceed to Payment, in order to officially submit your application.
Please Note: Applications not submitted and paid for will be considered rejected automatically.
Step 4: Payment of Counselling Fee & Security Deposit
- Candidates will submit the counselling fee and security deposit online through electronic payment options (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

Step 5: Choice Filling
- Candidates shall fill in and prioritize their choices of colleges and programs once the payment is completed. Candidates shall submit their choices by clicking Save Choices and Lock Choices before the deadline.
- If the candidate wishes to change their choices, they can unlock their choices for the purpose of making a change after verifying their OTP, which will be sent to their registered mobile number/email.
- If they do not digitally lock their choices manually by the deadline, the system will auto-lock their choices.
- Once they have locked their choices, they are able to download and take a hard copy for their reference.
Step 6: Download Confirmation Page & Fee Receipt
- Once successful payment has taken place, students should download the confirmation page and fee receipt.
- Candidates should check all information carefully, and concerns reported should be fixed prior to the registration deadline.
Step 7: Download Choice Slip
- After successful submission and locking of choices, candidates may download or print their choice slip from the dashboard of UGMAC-2025.
- The choice slip serves as proof of submitted preferences and should be downloaded and kept for future reference.
