Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Schedule

Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 3 has officially started today, 6th October 2025, with online registration and session application open for eligible candidates. This round is very important for candidates who, as of now, have still not got a seat in MBBS and BDS for the session 2025-26.  

Candidates who already registered in previous rounds need to complete this process. Candidates who are freshers, as well as those who did not complete the registration in earlier rounds, need to get the online registration done for Round 3 by 8th October, 2025 (up to 11:59 AM, server time) to get a seat in this round.

The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) Round 3 for MBBS and BDS courses in Maharashtra has begun, with online registration starting today, 6th October 2025. Candidates who have already registered in previous rounds do not need to register again.

Fresh candidates or those who missed completing earlier registration must complete the online registration, pay the fees, and upload all requisite documents within the specified dates to be eligible for seat allotment. Important Instructions for Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3

Candidates who participated in CAP Round 3 of the Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2025 must carefully follow these instructions to register, fill choices and join the allotted college. 

1. Already Registered Candidates: Candidates who already registered in the previous rounds do not need to register again.

2. Candidates who cancels or did not join the allotted seat in CAP Round 2 and wants to participate in Round 3 must go to unlock the application, and then re-submit the application and payment. 

3. Fresh Choices: All choices/preferences filled in CAP Round 2 will be considered null and void. Candidates participating in Round 3 must fill fresh choices for this round. 

4. Complete Registration & Document Upload: Candidates must complete registration and upload all required scanned original documents by the required timeline. 

5. AIQ Round 3 Allotment: Candidates who were allotted a seat in AIQ Round 3 will be ineligible for CAP Round 3 or any further rounds based on State counselling through the AIQ method.   

6. Mandatory Joining: Candidates who are allotted a seat in CAP Round 3 must join the allotted college. Candidates who do not join the allotted college will be considered to have cancelled the seat and will not be considered for further rounds/sessions.

7. Check Eligibility: Candidates must check their eligibility for the desired course before completing the registration form.

8. PWD Candidates: PWD candidates must have claimed the quota at the time NEET and provide the Online PWD certificate issued by any one of the 16 boards.

9. Definition of EWS: In accordance with government resolutions, a EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidate is one who is not covered under SC, ST, DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D OBC (including SBC) & SEBC reservation schemes.

10. Claim Reservation Category: Candidates belonging to reserved categories must claim the reservation category in the application form before submission of registration.

11. No Change after Submission: Any request to convert to open/general from reserved category after submission is unacceptable.
12. NRI Candidates Registration: NRI candidates must register at the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before 07/10/2025 to check eligibility.

13. Eligibility of NRI Candidates: NRI candidates are only eligible for 15% Institute Quota on merit basis.
