Important Instructions for Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3
Candidates who participated in CAP Round 3 of the Maharashtra NEET Counselling 2025 must carefully follow these instructions to register, fill choices and join the allotted college.
- Already Registered Candidates: Candidates who already registered in the previous rounds do not need to register again.
- Candidates who cancels or did not join the allotted seat in CAP Round 2 and wants to participate in Round 3 must go to unlock the application, and then re-submit the application and payment.
- Fresh Choices: All choices/preferences filled in CAP Round 2 will be considered null and void. Candidates participating in Round 3 must fill fresh choices for this round.
- Complete Registration & Document Upload: Candidates must complete registration and upload all required scanned original documents by the required timeline.
- AIQ Round 3 Allotment: Candidates who were allotted a seat in AIQ Round 3 will be ineligible for CAP Round 3 or any further rounds based on State counselling through the AIQ method.
- Mandatory Joining: Candidates who are allotted a seat in CAP Round 3 must join the allotted college. Candidates who do not join the allotted college will be considered to have cancelled the seat and will not be considered for further rounds/sessions.
- Check Eligibility: Candidates must check their eligibility for the desired course before completing the registration form.
- PWD Candidates: PWD candidates must have claimed the quota at the time NEET and provide the Online PWD certificate issued by any one of the 16 boards.
- Definition of EWS: In accordance with government resolutions, a EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidate is one who is not covered under SC, ST, DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D OBC (including SBC) & SEBC reservation schemes.
- Claim Reservation Category: Candidates belonging to reserved categories must claim the reservation category in the application form before submission of registration.
- No Change after Submission: Any request to convert to open/general from reserved category after submission is unacceptable.
- NRI Candidates Registration: NRI candidates must register at the Foreign Candidate Registration Portal before 07/10/2025 to check eligibility.
- Eligibility of NRI Candidates: NRI candidates are only eligible for 15% Institute Quota on merit basis.
