Choice Filling stage in Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 is a crucial step where candidates submit their preferences for MBBS/BDS courses, colleges, quotas, and categories. Only eligible candidates who have completed registration and willingness submission can participate in this stage.
1. Candidates who can apply afresh for Round 3:
- Fresh applicants registering for the first time.
- Candidates who did not join their allotted seat (fresh or upgraded) in Round 2. These candidates must also deposit the security amount again while submitting their willingness and choices/preferences.
2. Candidates who do not need to apply afresh:
- Candidates already registered but not allotted any seat in Round 1 or Round 2.
- Candidates who resigned or surrendered their Round 1 allotted seat with free exit and do not hold any seat from Round 1. These candidates must submit willingness and deposit the requisite security amount to participate.
3. Candidates eligible for Round 3 allotment:
- Group I: Registered candidates who did not receive any seat allotment in Round 1 or Round 2.
- Group II: Registered candidates whose Round 2 allotted seat was canceled during document verification. They will be considered for seat allotment in the next round, subject to category availability.
- Group III: Candidates who reported at the allotted institute in Round 2 and submitted willingness for upgradation in Round 3.
- Group IV: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 but did not join or resigned after forfeiting fees.
4. Candidates not eligible for Round 3 allotment:
- Candidates who have become ineligible due to insufficient or invalid documents.
- Candidates who have not registered in Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3.

Important Instructions for Choice Filling
- Upload photograph, signature, thumb impression, and other required documents in time to avoid inconvenience.
- Filling more than one application form may result in rejection of the application.
- The application form will be automatically locked after the deadline. Print it after submission.
- Uploading the compulsory sworn declaration is mandatory in the first step; otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
- Once a candidate joins the allotted seat in Round 3, they cannot surrender, resign, or upgrade the seat.
