Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has commenced the security deposit refund process for students admitted to Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathy courses in Gujarat. Eligible students are required to provide their bank details online to facilitate the refund.

Refund Process Details
- Online Submission Period: January 1, 2025, to January 15, 2025, until 2:00 PM.
- Required Information: Students must fill in their bank details, including Bank Name, Account Number, MICR Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name, on the official website: https://www.medadmgujarat.org/Index.aspx.
Instructions for NRI Candidates
NRI candidates eligible for a refund are advised to provide details of an Indian bank account. It is important to note that details of NRE/NRO accounts should not be submitted.
Refund Disbursement
The refund amount will be transferred electronically to the provided bank accounts. To ensure a successful transaction, students must accurately enter their bank details.
Common Reasons for Transaction Failures
- Mismatch in Account Details: Incorrect Account Number or IFSC Code.
- Dormant or Frozen Accounts: Accounts that are inactive or frozen due to banking reasons.
