Manipur NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 Schedule Revised

Directorate of Medical Education, Manipur has released a revised schedule for the 1st Round of Manipur NEET UG Medical e-Counselling 2026–27 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under State Government Quota and MBBS courses under Management and NRI Quota.

The revised schedule has been issued in pursuance of the revised NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on August 19, 2026. The revised dates have also been issued in continuation of the Directorate’s earlier notification dated August 10, 2026.

Merit List to Be Published on August 24

As per the revised schedule, the merit list of candidates who have applied for Manipur NEET UG Medical e-Counselling 2026–27 will be notified on August 24, 2026.

Candidates are advised to check the merit list carefully and follow further instructions issued by the counselling authority.

Seat Allotment Result on August 28

The Round 1 seat allotment result for Manipur NEET UG Counselling 2026–27 will be published on August 28, 2026.

Candidates who are allotted seats will subsequently have to complete the required admission formalities at their respective allotted institutions.

Reporting and Joining Till September 5

The reporting and joining period for candidates allotted seats in Round 1 will be from August 28 to September 5, 2026.

Candidates should report to the allotted institute within the prescribed timeline and complete all required document verification and admission formalities.

The Directorate of Medical Education, Manipur has clarified that all other terms, conditions, instructions, guidelines and provisions contained in the earlier notification dated August 10, 2026, including the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for registration and Round 1 counselling, will remain unchanged.

Candidates and participating institutions have been advised to take note of the revised schedule and comply accordingly.
