Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the First Round Allotment List (Provisional) for MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The allotment list is dated August 24, 2026 and contains the seat-allotment status of candidates participating in the state counselling process.
The provisional list provides candidate-wise details including NEET UG 2026 All India Rank, NEET score, MP State Rank, domicile status, eligible category, allotted institute, course and allotted category/class. Candidates can use their NEET UG roll number or name to locate their allotment details in the PDF.
MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Allotment Highlights
According to the released allotment data, 5,146 MBBS seats have been allotted in the first round, along with 86 government BDS seats and 937 private BDS seats.
The allotment has been made on the basis of candidates’ NEET UG 2026 merit, choices filled during counselling, seat availability and applicable reservation rules. The list includes allotments across government MBBS colleges and private BDS institutions in Madhya Pradesh.
The official PDF contains 15,828 candidate entries, including candidates who have been allotted seats as well as those marked “Not Allotted.”

- Check the allotted institute, course and category/class.
- Download and save the allotment list for future reference.

Candidates Can Check Their Allotted College
Candidates who participated in MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 should carefully check the provisional allotment list for their allotted college, course and category.
The list includes allotments to government medical colleges such as Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore; Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal; Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur; Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior; and other participating institutions. Private BDS allotments are also included in the list.
Reporting and Admission After Round 1 Allotment
Candidates who have been allotted seats must proceed with the next stage of the counselling process within the prescribed timeline. As per the revised MP NEET UG Round 1 schedule, candidates allotted MBBS/BDS seats are required to complete in-person reporting, document verification and admission from August 25 to September 3, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.
Candidates should carry all required original documents and follow the instructions provided by the counselling authority while reporting to the allotted institution.
Candidates should also note that the MP counselling authority has provided an option for resignation/cancellation of admission at the college level and an upgradation option for the second round, subject to the prescribed deadlines and conditions.
