Odisha NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 is a significant phase for all candidates who are seeking an admission in MBBS and BDS in the government/private medical/dental colleges of the state. The OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) Cell will manage Round 2, which provides an additional chance to students who were either not allotted any seats in Round 1 but had given a choice or those students who were allotted the seat but want to upgrade or those candidates who did not participate earlier.

According to the official notification, the online registrations for Round 2 will be held from 10th September 2025 to 11th September 2025. Students can only register for Round 2 online by completing registration between this time frame, and then will be eligible for the onward process of choice filling, seat allotment, and admission. Fresh registration for Round 2 is mandatory at the time, students who participated in the 1st round, but wish to do an upgrade or select different choices or other reasons from Round 1 will do fresh registration.
Registration and counselling for Round 2 will be a key moment and decisive factor for outcome of final admission results. Each candidate involved will need to be kept updated on the official schedule and all the relevant deadlines and requirements for each phase of the process. If students miss out on any one of the phase deadlines, it could ultimately be an unfortunate moment, as they might not have an opportunity to secure their intended medical or dental seat in Odisha.
