The registration for Odisha NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 is open for eligible candidates who want to apply for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the state quota. Procedure of Odisha NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Online

Odisha NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 follows a structured online process for seat allotment to MBBS and BDS courses under the state quota. Candidates must strictly adhere to the guidelines to secure admission.

1. Choice Filling and Locking

  • Candidates who have completed registration and are included in the State Merit List must submit their preferred courses (MBBS/BDS) and colleges in order of preference on the official counselling portal.
  • Choices must be locked manually within the specified schedule. If not locked manually, the system will lock them automatically at the end of the deadline.
  • Candidates must use the User ID and Password created during registration to fill choices at https://ojee.nic.in under “Counselling for MBBS and BDS Courses.”

2. Seat Allotment

  • The allotment of colleges and courses will be done in order of merit and based on the preference of the candidates.
  • The candidates can download the allotment letter through the portal once the seat allotment is finalised. 

3. Reporting for Provisional Admission

  • The candidates are required to report in person to the OJEE office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date along with all the original certificates, mark sheets and the bond for provisional admission.
  • The admission fees are to be paid either through the online mode or through demand draft payment mode depending upon the type of allotted college.
  • In this reporting stage, the candidates have to either choose to freeze (keep the seat) or float (choose for upgradation).
  • Submission of original College Leaving Certificate (CLC)/School Leaving Certificate (SLC) is mandatory for receiving the Provisional Admission Letter.

4. Non-Reporting

  • Candidates who do not complete the above reporting process will be removed from the system, and their allotted seat will be treated as vacant for the next round.
  • Such candidates may participate in the next round with fresh choice filling.

5. Final Reporting

  • Post completion of the 3rd round, candidates are required to report to the institution in which they were allotted within the applicable dates, completing one of the processes (in-person or virtual), as well as returning a copy of their provisional letter of admission before the process of institutional admission is complete. 

6. Withdrawal/Resignation

  • Candidates can withdraw before the last date for withdrawing, and are eligible for 90% of the admission fee as a refund. There is a 10% processing fee. 
  • Once the withdrawal date has passed, no resignations can be completed and the seat will be lost. 
  • If a candidate resigns after the last date of withdrawal, the admission fees have no refund and a financial penalty may apply, depending on the order of the State Government. 

7. Upgradation/Float Processing

  • The processing of vacancies created by upgradation or slide among candidates who selected the float option will be processed automatically.
