Delhi NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3: Result, Freeze/Float, and Withdrawal

Delhi NEET Counseling 2025 Round 3 is an important phase for students who aspire to get admission into MBBS courses of GGSIP University. After choice filling and seat allotment, candidates must strictly adhere to instructions for checking results, the payment of fees, and further rounds.

Result / Allocation of Seats

  • After the choice filling period ends, all submitted choices/preferences will be used for online seat allotment based on merit, category, and region. 
  • The following candidates will not be considered for allotment:
  1. Candidates who have not enrolled.
  2. Enrolled candidates who did not fill choices/preferences.
  1. Candidates who were allotted a seat in previous rounds but did not pay the part academic fee of Rs. 96,000/-.
  2. Any other condition defined by the University communication.
  • Candidates must check their results via their account login; no personal intimation will be sent.
  • Candidates can print the Provisional Allotment Letter if a seat is allotted. This option is available only for the respective round.
  • After seat allotment, candidates must pay the part Academic Fee (Rs. 96,000/- as applicable) to confirm the allotment. Failure to pay will result in loss of the seat and ineligibility for subsequent rounds.
  • Fee payment can be made online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or any other medium specified on the portal.
  • Candidates can print the Academic Fee Receipt immediately after payment, available only within the specified period. If the receipt is not available, candidates should contact the Facilitation Centre of the University.

Option of Freeze / Float

  • Candidates satisfied with the allotted seat and not seeking upgradation in subsequent rounds can select the “Freeze” option in their account within the specified time.
  • Candidates who want to upgrade their seat in the next round can select “Float”.
  • Those who choose Float will participate in the next round of counselling; if they do not get a higher preference, their previous allotment will be retained.

Withdrawal and Fee Refund

  • Candidates who have deposited the Academic Fee and wish to withdraw admission can apply through the withdrawal option in their account within the specified time.
  • Candidates who freeze, withdraw, do not fill a Part Academic Fee or ineligible leaves for subsequent rounds, their vacancies will be given to the other candidates. 
  • Refunds will be made to the bank account submitted at the time of registration subject to deductions, and bank details cannot be changed thereafter.
  • Refunds will not be processed after a council stipulated date/time. Refund requests by post, email, or fax will not be considered.

A. Candidates who are offered a seat will be able to see their Provisional Seat Allotment Letter in their candidate account, and there will be no personal intimation to the candidate.

A. If you want to upgrade your seat in the next round, you can select Float. Your current allotment will be retained if you are not allotted a higher preference.
