Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has issued Notification, announcing the online registration schedule for NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Eligible candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses can register online and upload the required documents from 7 August 2026 (2:00 PM) to 10 August 2026 (midnight) for inclusion in the Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML), which will be used for the subsequent counselling and seat allotment process.
The registration is being conducted to prepare the Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML), which will be used for the online counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates whose names appeared in the earlier notifications as well as eligible domiciles of J&K/Ladakh who subsequently submitted their documents can participate in the registration process.

Documents Required for Registration
Eligible candidates must upload the following documents while completing the online registration:
- NEET UG 2026 Score Card
- Class 12 (10+2) Marks Card
- Domicile Certificate of UT of Jammu & Kashmir / Ladakh
- Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Certificate)
- Compulsory Service Bond (only for candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh)
Note: OBC, EWS, and Poor & Backward (P&B) category certificates must be issued in the prescribed format applicable to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
Additional Documents for ASCOMS Quota Seats
Candidates applying for Hindu Minority (HM) or NRI quota seats at ASCOMS, Jammu are required to upload additional documents.
Hindu Minority (HM) Candidates
Candidates seeking admission under the Hindu Minority quota must upload:
- Hindu Minority Certificate issued by the competent authority
- All other mandatory registration documents
NRI Candidates
Candidates applying under the NRI quota must upload:
- NRI eligibility documents as prescribed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in Annexure-B of the notification
- All required registration documents
Candidates applying for HM or NRI seats must complete online registration; otherwise, they will not be considered for counselling under these quotas.

Important Instructions for Candidates
JKBOPEE has issued several important instructions for applicants:
- Candidates should complete registration using a desktop or laptop and avoid using mobile phones.
- Read the NEET UG 2026 e-Information Brochure before registering.
- Under-process certificates will not be accepted.
- Category certificates must remain valid up to 10 August 2026, the last date of registration.
- Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions prescribed by NTA and JKBOPEE.
- Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to verification of documents and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
- Enter a valid mobile number and email ID, as all communications will be sent through these.
- Candidates should not share their login credentials or email passwords with anyone.
- Those who fail to register or upload complete documents within the stipulated period will not be included in the counselling process.
- Applicants are advised not to wait until the last date to complete registration to avoid technical issues.
Provisional UT Merit List to be Used for Counselling
After the registration process concludes, JKBOPEE will publish the Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) of all eligible registered candidates. This merit list will serve as the basis for online counselling, preference filling, and seat allotment for MBBS and BDS admissions in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
