MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2 Registration Process

The registration for Round 2 is a necessary step in the process for candidates who wish to take part in the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025. To guarantee a hassle-free and errorless registration experience, candidates must thoroughly familiarize themselves with the latest official guidelines from the MCC of DGHS, MoHFW, as registration will take place via the MCC Online portal.

Await Communication from MCC

  • MCC will communicate all information regarding the counselling process through your registered email and SMS. 
  • Candidates must check both your inbox and spam folder regularly for any updates.

No changes will be allowed

  • Once the mobile number and email ID information is submitted, it cannot be changed. The request to change the email or mobile number will not be accepted.

  • Candidates who wish to register should use a laptop or computer with an updated internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari for Windows/iOS).

Sandes App for OTP Verification

  • Download the Sandes App on the registered mobile number to receive OTPs during registration.
  • OTP verification is mandatory to complete the process.

Upload Essential Certificates

  • After the declaration of NEET UG results, candidates must upload the required certificates in the prescribed format.
  • Only valid and verified documents will be accepted.

Physical Reporting at Allotted College

  • Once a seat is allotted, candidates must report physically to the allotted college with original documents for verification.

MCC NEET UG Counselling Fees 2025

Candidates taking part in the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 will have to pay two types of fees during the registration stage:

  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee – This fee is compulsory, and differs based on the candidate’s category as well as the type of institution selected.
  • Refundable Security Deposit – This fee will be refunded after the completion of counselling, as long as, either the candidate takes admission in the allotted college or the candidate exits from counselling as per their rules.

Documents Required for MCC NEET Counselling 2025

Candidates will be required to individually carry specific documents for verification at the allotted medical or dental college during the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025. General Documents

  • Allotment Letter – Issued by MCC after seat allotment.
  • Admit Card of NEET Exam – Issued by NTA.
  • Result/Rank Letter – NEET UG result/scorecard issued by NTA.
  • Date of Birth Certificate – Must match the details provided in the NEET application form.
  • Class 10th Certificate – Proof of date of birth and basic education.
  • Class 10+2 Certificate & Marks Sheet – Proof of academic eligibility for MBBS/BDS courses.
  • Eight Passport-size Photographs – Should match the photo uploaded in the NEET UG application.
  • Identity Proof – Aadhar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport.

For NRI Candidates

  • Embassy Certificate – Confirming that the sponsor will bear the study expenses.
  • Sponsorship Affidavit – Declaring financial support as per the Central List.
