Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authority has released the provisional seat allotment list for the 3rd Round of Odisha NEET UG 2026 counselling for MBBS and BDS courses.
The provisional allotment list is dated October 6, 2026 and has been published state-rank wise for eligible candidates who filled their choices as per the applicable counselling rules.
The document contains candidate-wise allotment details, covering candidates across different quotas and categories. The list records the allotment status from Round 1, Round 2 and Round 3, allowing candidates to see whether their seat has been retained, upgraded, freshly allotted or otherwise changed.
Odisha NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Allotment Details
The provisional list includes the following details for candidates:
- Application Number
- NEET Rank
- State Rank
- Quota
- Category
- Institute Name
- Course
- Round-wise allotment status
- Remarks
- Withdrawal status
The list includes both MBBS and BDS allotments.
Seats Retained and Upgraded
A large number of candidates have retained their seats from earlier rounds, while several candidates have received upgrades in the 3rd Round.
For example, candidates allotted MBBS seats at SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack, MKCG Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur, and VIMSAR, Burla are listed with different Round 3 outcomes, including “Seat Retained” and “Seat Upgraded.”
The list also includes candidates receiving fresh allotments in the 3rd Round. For instance, a candidate with state rank 162.01 has been shown with an MBBS allotment at SCB Medical College, Cuttack, marked “Fresh Allotted in 3rd Round.”
BDS Seats Also Included in Round 3
The provisional list covers BDS admissions along with MBBS. Fresh BDS allotments have been reported at institutions including HITECH Dental College, Bhubaneswar.
For example, candidates at state ranks around 2912, 2916.01 and 2919 have been shown as freshly allotted BDS seats at HITECH Dental College, Bhubaneswar.
The list also records BDS seat retention and upgrades, including candidates allotted at SCB Dental College, Cuttack and HITECH Dental College, Bhubaneswar.
Fresh Allotments in 3rd Round
The Round 3 list contains several candidates who had no allotment recorded in the previous rounds and have now received seats. Fresh allotments include MBBS seats at institutions such as:
- HITECH Medical College, Bhubaneswar
- HITECH Medical College, Rourkela
- DRIEMS Institute of Health Sciences & Hospital, Hairapari
- VIMSAR, Burla
- Government Medical College, Phulbani/Kandhamal
- Other participating medical colleges
Higher NEET Ranks Also Receive Allotments
The provisional list extends to candidates with considerably higher NEET ranks. Near the later part of the document, candidates with NEET ranks above 9.6 lakh are also shown with Round 3 allotments, including MBBS and BDS seats under different quotas and categories.
For example, the list shows a candidate with NEET rank 966,992 and state rank 5990 receiving a fresh MBBS allotment at HITECH Medical College, Bhubaneswar. Another candidate with NEET rank 977,492 and state rank 6006 has received a fresh BDS allotment at HITECH Dental College, Bhubaneswar.
Candidates Must Verify Quota and Category
OJEE has specifically instructed candidates to carefully verify the “Allotted Quota” and “Allotted Category” columns in the provisional allotment list.
