According to the latest information released KNRUHS, the last date for online applications has been extended to 10th October 2025 from 1:00 PM to 16th October 2025 at 6:00 PM. Candidates who qualified in NEET PG 2025 held on 3rd August 2025, who have obtained the minimum prescribed cutoff scores can apply. 

Eligible candidates will be admitted to Government, Private Non-Minority, and Minority Medical Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS Warangal, including Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad solely based on merit and scores obtained in NEET PG 2025. 

Eligible candidates who have not registered are advised to register, as well as upload certificates through the official counselling website (https://tspgmed.tsche.in) before 6:00 PM on 16th October 2025.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to Postgraduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses in Telangana under Competent Authority Quota must meet the following eligibility requirements. Applications must be submitted online, with original certificates uploaded, for colleges affiliated to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Online Application Process

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 registeration is conducted online by visiting the official website https://tspgmed.tsche.in. The candidates are required to follow the step-by-step procedure correctly, in order to apply successfully.

Step 1: Open the Official Website

  • Go to https://tspgmed.tsche.in. Once you have opened the page, you will be shown the homepage of the official website. The application process has four steps: 
  1. Mobile and Email Registration 
  2. Candidate Registration (Fee Payment) 
  3. Data Updating 
  4. Certificates Uploading 

Note: The monitor resolution should be set to maximum for best usability, The website is best viewed at a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.

Step 2: Mobile and Email Registration

  • Click on Mobile and Email Registration on the homepage.
  • Enter valid and live mobile number and email ID.
  • You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number and email ID.
  • You must enter the OTPs to verify and confirm registration
  • Keep your mobile number and email ID live throughout the counselling process.

Step 3: Candidate Registration and Fee Payment

  • After successful verification, registration form will appear.
  • Enter required personal and academic details and click Validate.
  • The system will generate a Payment Reference Number 
  • The registration fee can be paid through available Payment Gateway options.
  • Registration fee varies by category; once paid, it is non-refundable.
  • After successful payment, you will receive a Registration Number via SMS and email.
  • Note down the registration number for future correspondence.
  • Do not refresh or close the browser window during payment processing.

Step 4: Updating of Data

  • Use your NEET Roll Number and Registration Number to log in.
  • Click Validate to open the application form.
  • You can update or edit details multiple times until the document verification process begins.

Step 5: Uploading of Photo and Signature

  • Upload a passport-size photograph and signature in JPEG or JPG format.
  • Each file should be less than 100 KB.
  • After filling all details, click Save and Exit. You can re-login and make changes until final submission.

Step 6: Uploading of Certificates

  • Click on Upload Certificates to attach the required scanned documents.
  • All documents should be submitted as PDF files, and you should ensure that the total file size is no greater than 500 KB.
  • Once you have completed the uploading of all certificates, click Print Application, and this will generate the application with all your input.
  • You need to print this application in order to keep it for your record if needed.

Dos and Don’ts

Dos:

  • Ensure you are filling out the form from a computer/laptop (and not from a mobile or a tablet).
  • Make sure you have your mobile phone nearby during the registration process for OTPs and updates.
  • Use an internet connection that is stable so the application process can be completed smoothly.

Don’ts:

  • Do not provide inaccurate information, as this may lead to cancellation of offer/admission or legal action.
  • Do not stay on a slow internet connection or block SMS services.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Choice Filling and Choice Locking

During the Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025, eligible candidates can register and lock their choice of the preferred courses and colleges through the official website https://tspgmed.tsche.in/.

Candidates are required to log in with their credentials, select preferred PG courses and colleges in order of preference, and lock their options within the specified time frame. After it is locked, no further changes can be made.

The candidates should keep in mind that the chances of securing a seat will depend on the NEET PG 2025 rank, reservation category, and seats available. Candidates would also not be considered for allotment if they do not lock their preferences. After locking, candidates should print and save to use for reference, the option confirmation slip.

Important Points to Note

1. Choice locking is mandatory for the system to recognize your choice during the seat allotment process. 

2. Candidates who do not lock their options before the deadline will not be eligible for allotment. 

3. The choices entered in Round 1 of web options will not roll over to the next round of counselling, in which the candidates must enter their choices again.

4. Candidates are advised to ensure they are using a stable internet connection to gain access to the website, and complete the process to lock their options well before the advised deadline to avoid technical issues.

5. Once choices are locked, no request for modification or unlocking will be entertained under any circumstances.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Provisional and Final Merit List

  • The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) will prepare the provisional and final merit lists for the Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025, based on candidates’ NEET PG 2025 ranks, eligibility and conditions applicable for reservation. 
  • Candidates are required to qualify for admission according to the NMC guidelines scoring a minimum of 50th percentile (General category), 45th percentile (PWD – General), and 40th percentile (SC/ST/OBC). 
  • After processing all documents uploaded, the University will publish the final merit list. 
  • Candidates are required to upload original documents during registration filled out accurately. Withdrawal/misdemeanor from the authentic information provided will lead to cancellation of admission.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Counselling Rules

  • The provisional and final merit lists will be displayed on the KNRUHS website after certificate verification. 
  • Verification of uploaded documents will be done only once and will remain valid for all phases of web-based counselling. 
  • Candidates are advised to upload all original certificates carefully at the time of registration, as no personal communication will be sent. 
  • The web option schedule for each round will be announced separately on the University’s website. 
  • The Admission Committee holds full authority to review and cancel any selection if errors, misrepresentation, or unfair practices are found. 
  • All selections and admissions are final and follow Government Orders and court directives.

Telangana NEET PG Counselling 2025 Bond Rules and Allotment

  • After seat allotment, candidates must download the allotment letter from the website and pay the University fee online to confirm admission. Both in-service and non-service candidates must execute a bond on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper, agreeing to complete the course or pay a penalty of Rs. 50,00,000 if they discontinue. 
  • Non-service candidates must serve the Government of Telangana for one year after course completion. 
  • A service bond of Rs. 10,00,000 for diploma and Rs. 20,00,000 for degree courses is mandatory at the time of admission. 
  • Candidates who withdraw after the free-exit deadline must pay a penalty of Rs. 50,00,000 and will be barred from counselling for three years.
