Tripura NEET PG Counselling 2025 process has commenced for eligible candidates aspiring for admission to postgraduate medical courses (MD/MS/Post MBBS Diploma) for the academic session 2025-26. The entire counselling process for both State Quota/Domicile and Private Medical College seats in Tripura is managed by the Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) as the conducting authority.

All the counselling process will take place online and there will be four counselling rounds – Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and a Stray Vacancy round. Online registration to Round 1 will begin on 8th November 2025 (11 AM) at https://trmcc.admissions.nic.in.
Admissions will be strictly based on the NEET PG 2025 merit list, which will include categories in UR, SC, ST, PwD, EWS and WESM (Ward of Ex Servicemen). The eligible in-service candidates will also be given applicable incentives based on the order issued by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura.
At present, Tripura has two postgraduate medical colleges that offer about 97 PG seats across various specializations. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and successfully registering will be able to fill in their choices for seat allotment for admission in MD, MS and Diploma courses in Tripura.

Tripura NEET PG Counselling for the academic year 2025 is organized in online mode through the official website https://trmcc.admissions.nic.in. The whole counselling process will be divided into several rounds, namely Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Stray Vacancy Round. The candidates will have to verify their documents physically at the allotted college and then admit together for final admission. Given below is the stepwise process for counselling procedure as follows:
Round 1
- The candidates have to register themselves online for Tripura NEET PG Counselling by paying the once-careful registration fee and a security deposit.
- The candidates can begin making the entry of their preferred colleges and courses after they have registered.
- Then, the Tripura State Merit List will be made available to the candidates after considering the NEET PG Scorecard and eligibility criteria.
- The Round 1 seat allotment result will be made available online to the candidates.
- The candidates may have to then download their attendance letter and present it to the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Agartala.
- The nomination letter can be collected from the DME office.
- Candidates then report physically at the allotted institute with original documents.

The merit list will consist of:

Candidates shall report physically in the allotted medical college as per the schedule of physical verification of documents after seat allotment. Candidates failing to appear for physical verification or failing to produce original documents will lead to the cancellation of candidature of that round. Candidates failing to join the college allotted by last date by the allotted medical college will also lose the claim of that seat.
