- All India Quota (AIQ) – 15% of seats in government colleges and 100% of the seats in the deemed universities, central universities (AIIMS, JIPMER, AMU, BHU), ESIC, and AFMC.
- State Quota – 85% seats in state government colleges and 100% seats in the private colleges are imposed by the state counselling authorities.

Who Can Register for NEET UG Counselling 2025?
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible get registered for the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025:
- Must have qualified in the NEET UG 2025 examination conducted by NTA.
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as subjects.
- Have a valid scorecard of NEET UG 2025.
- Must not have taken admission in any earlier rounds of counselling, unless applying for upgradation.
- Candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir can only apply if they have chosen to participate through the AIQ scheme during the NEET UG registration Process.

Access the MCC Official Website
Visit www.mcc.nic.in, and select “UG Medical Counselling” on the UG tab.
New Candidate Registration
Click “New Registration” and fill in the following details:
- NEET UG 2025 Roll Number
- Application Number
- Date of Birth
- Security Pin (Captcha)
- A unique Registration ID and password will be generated after submission.
Login to Fill Application Form
Login with your NEET Roll Number, the generated password and fill the following sections of the application form carefully:

Pay Registration Fee
The fee varies based on the type of institute you are applying to:
