Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 has now entered Round 2, and candidates with provisional seat allotment will now need to undergo choice reporting to take advantage of their allotment and complete their admission process. Round 2 has a choice reporting period from 20th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (up to 05:00 PM). Candidates will ensure they can make their payment in a timely manner and report back to their allotted college, or else they will forfeit their seat allotment. Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Choice Reporting Dates

Following the announcement of the Round 2 provisional allotment result on 17th September 2025, the candidates who are allotted across the various colleges must complete the choice reporting process well within the stated timeline. The funds need to be transferred (payment of the balance fee of six months (tuition fee after deducting the security deposit), and reporting to the allotted college to confirm the admission. 

The choice reporting time for Round 2 will be between 20th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (up to 05:00 PM). The candidates are instructed to get things done on or before the time, no time extension will be granted, and failure to report would lead to cancellation of the allotment.

Documents Required for Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Choice Reporting

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 of Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 must report to their respective allotted colleges between 20th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (up to 05:00 PM). During reporting, candidates need to carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification and admission confirmation. Below is the list of essential documents:

  • Provisional Allotment Letter (downloaded from the official counselling portal).
  • NEET UG 2025 Admit Card issued by NTA.
  • NEET UG 2025 Scorecard issued by NTA.
  • Class 10th Certificate & Marksheet (for date of birth proof).
  • Class 12th Certificate & Marksheet (qualifying examination proof).
  • Domicile Certificate of Punjab (if applicable).
  • Category Certificate (SC/BC/OBC/EWS) issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
  • PwD Certificate (if applying under the PwD quota, issued by a recognized medical authority).
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable, from the last attended board/university).
  • Character Certificate from the last attended institute.
  • Gap Certificate (if applicable, for candidates with a study gap).
  • Recent Passport Size Photographs (as uploaded in the NEET application form).
  • Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID (any valid government-issued photo ID).

Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Reporting Fee Payment

Candidates to be allotted a seat in Round 2 of the Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 must make the very important fee payment as part of the process of choice reporting as payment is a key requirement of the admission confirming process. Payment must be successfully made otherwise the admission will not be confirmed.

  1. Payment Dates:
  • Payment must be made between 20th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (up to 05:00 PM).
  • A payment made after the above dates for whatever reason will not be accepted.
  1. Mode of Payment:
  • Candidates must make payment only through the official university payment gateway described, which can be found on the website of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS).
  • No offline payment (cash, cheque, or demand draft) will be accepted.
  1. Amount to be Paid:
  • Candidates must therefore pay the balance fee applicable to the six-month tuition fee applicable to the college to which they were allotted.
  • The amount already deposited earlier as the security deposit will be adjusted, and the candidate only needs to pay the remaining balance.
  1. Proof of Payment:
  • Candidates must download and print a receipt of payment from the University portal after making a successful payment; they are required to carry this receipt as well as all supporting documents to report to their allocated college.
  1. Reporting to College:
  • Payment is a mandatory requirement for reporting.
  • Candidates who do not pay the fee within the permitted time frame will be deemed to have forfeited their allocated seat.

A. The balance fee has to be paid through the official BFUHS university payment gateway on the university’s website only. No payments will be accepted in person (cash/cheque/DD).

Q. What happens if I don’t pay the fee within the choice reporting period?

A. If you do not pay the balance fee by 5:00 PM on September 25, 2025, you will be cancelled from the seat allotted to you.

Q. Do I need to carry the fee payment receipt to the college?

A. After the payment is made online, you shall download and print the fee receipt, and carry the payment receipt along with your original documents at the time of reporting.

Q. Can I modify or change my allotted seat during choice reporting?

A. Choice reporting is only for seat confirmation to validate your admission. You cannot make modifications at this time. 

Q. Will the security deposit paid earlier be adjusted in the fee?

A. The security deposit made during registration will be deducted in confirming your admission, and you only have to pay the remaining amount. 

Q. What if I fail to report to the college even after paying the fee?

A. In case you do not physically report to that college within the time provided after confirmed admission to your allotted college, you can lose your admission and the seat can be forfeited.
