Important Rules to Participate in Bihar NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3
Bihar NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 has started, and candidates are required to fulfill certain criteria to qualify and participate in the counselling process.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- New Candidates: Candidates who have not reported to any allocated institution in previous rounds (Round 1 & 2) or have not entered an institution through All India Quota (AIQ) counselling are entitled to participate in Round 3.
- Candidates Already Allotted: Candidates who have got an alloted seat in Round 1 or Round 2 and have gone through with the admission or not are not eligible for Round 3.
- Candidates that were Allotted AIQ seats: Candidates that were allotted an AIQ seat until Round 2 are not allowed to participate in UGMAC-2025 Round 3.
2. Registration and Choice Filling
- Online Registration: Eligible Candidates are bound to register online. The candidates will have to conduct the authentication process by providing details such as NEET(UG)-2025 Roll No., Name, and Date of Birth. Following successful authentication, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address.
- Choice Filling: After registration, candidates can fill and lock their choices for preferred colleges and courses. It’s crucial to note that choices filled in previous rounds will be considered null and void; therefore, candidates must fill fresh choices for Round 3.
- Consent/Willingness: Candidates who had previously opted for “No” for upgradation must submit their consent/willingness for Round 3, even if they had opted for “Yes” in earlier rounds.
3. Security Deposit and Counselling Fee
Payment Requirement: Candidates must ensure they pay the required counselling fees and security deposit outlined in the official notice, or else their Round 3 participation will be cancelled.
4. Document Verification
- Reporting to Centre: Personal intervention is required for candidates to report to their designated reporting centre to have their documents verified. The official notice will detail the reporting centre, given the candidate is registered for counselling, and lists all the documents that will be required for document verification.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring all of the required documents that State Counselling and NEET(UG)-2025 requires; the following documents will be required: NEET(UG)-2025 Admit Card, NEET(UG)-2025 Score Card, Identity Proof, Category Certificate if applicable, and any other documents the official notice listed for document verification.
5. Seat Allotment and Admission
- Provisional Allotment: The Result of provisional seat allotment will be announced on date that is noted in the above date. Academic staff have to keep check back to the actual site.
- Final Admission: Candidates will be admitted to the allotted institution subsequent to completion of document verification and payment of fees is completed.
