Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has started the Delhi NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration from 06.10.2025 (4.00 pm) to 12.10.2025 (11:59 pm), giving one final opportunity for eligible candidates to secure MBBS and BDS seats under the Delhi State Quota. This round is important for students who were either not allotted a seat in the earlier rounds or wish to participate afresh.

According to the official announcement, candidates who did not register in Round 1 or Round 2, and who may have voluntarily resigned or who may did not join after allotment, may now register afresh for Round 3 in the Counseling Portal after paying registration and present paying the requisite Counselling fee and upload the confirmation documents.
The Round 3 process will consist of new registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and physical reporting to the colleges. Candidates must also note that the seat conversion between categories will take place only in Round 3 (i.e., if any candidate in the reserved exemplary category takes or withdraws, a seat will then be allocated to a candidate from the general category) after exhausting all eligible reserved category candidates in the round.
Students who aspire for Delhi quota seats must make certain to obtain their own Class 11 and 12 Certificates from a school within Delhi, which is to be issued by the Delhi Government, as this is a qualification requirement. Furthermore, the candidates must upload their 11th and 12th grade marksheets charted onto a single PDF, scoring card of NEET UG 2025, and other required documents.
This round is the last major step before the stray vacancy round, so students are advised to carefully go through the schedule, eligibility, and registration process to avoid missing this final chance at admission.
