Delhi NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Reporting is a significant part of the admission process for MBBS candidates admitted under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Candidates who have been allotted a seat or upgraded to a new seat after the sliding round and final seat allotment are required to visit the allotted college/institute to complete the acceptance of admission. Failure to report will lead to the automatic cancellation of the seat. The reporting process for Round 3 is outlined below:
Process of generating admission slip & enrollment number
- After the online seat allotment process has been concluded, students who have either been allotted a seat or continued with their given seat and have paid the Part Academic Fee of Rs.96,000 will be able to generate their Provisional Admission Slip as well their Enrollment Number from their GGSIPU counselling account.
Mandatory Physical Reporting at the Allotted Institute
Candidates must report to their allotted college/school/institute with the following documents:
Candidates selected for admission to the programmes MBBS after allotment of seat should bring the following original certificates / testimonials / documents at the time of reporting to the College for verification of fulfillment of their eligibility criteria and confirm admission:
- Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination, showing the subjects offered by him/her in the examination.
- Certificate from the Board from which he/she passed the High School/Higher Secondary Examination, showing his/her date of birth.
- Certificate/Marksheet from the Board from which he/she passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination showing that he/she has secured 50% or more marks (40 % in case of SC/ST candidates) in aggregate
- in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and pass in the subject of English (Core or Elective or Functional).
- NEET score card.
- Migration/Transfer Certificate from the University/Board last attended by him/her.
- Certificate from the prescribed authority showing that he/she belongs to a Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/OBC category (Applicable only to candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/OBC category).
- Any other document as may be asked for by the University/College.
Reporting must be done within the scheduled dates (14 October to 22 October 2025). Candidates failing to report or complete the verification and fee payment process within the deadline will lose their allotted seat.
Institutional Reporting to the University
- Each participating institution or University School of Studies must report the list of reported and non-reported candidates to the University. Only those seats that remain vacant due to non-reporting will be available for the spot counselling round, if conducted.
Provisional Nature of Admission
- All admissions granted during Round 3 are considered provisional until they are formally regularized by the University after document and eligibility verification.
Balance Fee Payment for Upgraded Candidates
- Candidates upgraded to a higher preference college during Round 3 must pay the balance academic fee (if any) at the newly allotted college. The previously paid fee at the earlier allotted college will be refunded by that institution at the earliest.
Withdrawal or Cancellation of Admission
- Candidates who have reported and been marked as “admitted” may apply for withdrawal or cancellation of admission, but only as per the refund policy of GGSIPU. Once Round 3 admissions are confirmed, further participation in counselling rounds, including the Stray Vacancy Round, is not allowed.
