Candidates looking for postgraduate medical seats in any university-affiliated colleges must participate in the MCC counseling at www.mcc.nic.in. Allotted candidates must complete the Delhi University admission registration process at www.fmsc.ac.in if they are offered a seat in the DU-affiliated medical college by the MCC. 

This process consists of uploading the appropriate documents, photographs, signatures, and paying the University Annual Fee of Rs.16,200. Candidates who are officially allotted a DU seat should remember that only those candidates will have to register on the FMSC portal. All other or ineligible registrations will be treated as invalid, and the candidate will not be entitled to a refund. 

NEET PG 2025 exam was held on August 3rd, 2025, with results released on August 19th, 2025. Subsequently, the counselling process has begin shortly afterwards, with the 1st Round taking place from November 19th to 27th, 2025. Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2025 Admission & Registration Process

Once a candidate is allotted a seat through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the next step is to complete the admission formalities for Delhi University (DU). Admission will only be confirmed after the candidate has registered online on the DU portal, and after the verification of documents has taken place in the allotted college. The next will detail the steps required.

1. Visit the Allotted College for Document Verification. 

Once the MCC has completed seat allotment, the candidate must visit the allotted college, to do the following: 

  • Document verification 
  • Verify identity
  • Complete any other formalities for the college 

This step will be done whether you have been allotted a seat through the Delhi University Quota (50%) or the All India Quota (50%). 

2. Register Online on the DU Portal. 

After the college visit, all candidates must register online at: https://fmsc.du.ac.in/. The DU portal will have all the details for registration and any other information related to admission. 

3. Creating Log-In Credentials (New Candidates) 

To begin the online registration,  follow below steps: 

Step 1 – confirm your details: 

  • You will be asked to your NEET PG / NEET MDS 2025 Roll Number and Date of Birth 
  • Then, click to view your details 
  • If you have the correct details click confirm 

Step 2 – New Registration: 

  • You will required to enter a valid Mobile Number and Valid Email ID (Which will be required for all admission communication)
  • Then, create a password (No more than 6 characters). Your password should not be your email password. 

Important: All details must be correct. No changes will be allowed later.

4. Log In and Fill the Online Admission Form

  • After registration Log in using Email ID and Password
  • Fill all required details and Click Save
  • Review the form carefully before uploading documents
  • This same login will be used for future access.

5. Upload Required Documents

Candidates must upload scanned copies in the specified format and size.

Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2025 Choice Filling

Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2025 Choice Filling process is being done online using the MCC portal (www.mcc.nic.in) for 50% Delhi University Quota (DUQ) and 50% All India Quote (AIQ).

During this process, candidates are required to:

  • Log in to the MCC counselling portal using their NEET PG credentials.
  • Selections and preferences of PG courses and colleges under the University of Delhi. 
  • Choices should be filled out carefully, because the allotment is based purely on NEET PG rank as well as choices filed out.
  • Lock choices before the deadline. If not locked, the system auto-locks the last saved choices.
  • Choice filling is allowed in every round of counselling (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray).

Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2025 University Registration Fees

The University of Delhi charges a common registration fee for both 50% Delhi University Quota (DUQ) and 50% All India Quota (AIQ) candidates after successful seat allotment by MCC. This fee must be paid online during the DU admission registration process. Registration is considered complete only after successful online payment. All candidates must separately complete their MCC counselling registration at www.mcc.nic.in as per Government of India guidelines.

The fee structure for Delhi NEET PG 2025 applies to all candidates who receive PG (MD/MS/Diploma/MDS) seat allotment through MCC, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare under the 50% Delhi University Quota as well as 50% AIQ.

  • Students must pay the annual tuition fee of Rs.16,200 within the first month of the new academic session.
  • After the deadline, a late fee of Rs.1,000 per week applies.

Fee Concessions (As per DU Guidelines)

1. SC/ST Students

  • If parents do not pay income tax, students are exempted from tuition and admission fees.
  • SC/ST students eligible for Post-Matric or Top-Class Scholarships need not pay fees at admission; they must pay after receiving the scholarship.

2. Students from Low-Income SC/ST Families

  • Institutes must assist in obtaining education loans with interest subsidies for students whose family income is below Rs.4.5 lakh/year.

3. Support Under SCSP/TSP Schemes

  • Additional support for books, equipment, and essential academic needs may be provided under special schemes.

Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2025 Bond Policy

Bond Policy for admission to Delhi NEET PG 2025 is a compulsory requirement for all candidates who are allotted a seat via MCC (DGHS) under both 50% DU Quota and 50% All India Quota. Admission to the course is valid only once the Bond is executed and all conditions of the Bond are adhered to. 

Mandatory Surety Bond (Rs.10 Lakh)

  • Every candidate must execute a Surety Bond of Rs.10 lakh with two sureties at the time of admission.
  • The bond format is available on: www.fmsc.du.ac.in
  • If the bond is not executed, the admission becomes invalid.

When the Rs.10 Lakh Bond Amount Must Be Paid

A candidate must pay the Bond Money of Rs.10,00,000 to the Institution/University under the following situations:

1. Violation of MCC Rules After Joining

If a student joins the allotted college and then surrenders the seat in violation of MCC instructions, the bond amount becomes payable.

2. Leaving the Course Before Completion

If a candidate quits/abandons the PG course at any time before completing its full duration.
