Gujarat NEET UG 2025 Counselling Registration Begins for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS Admissions
Gujarat NEET UG 2025 counselling registration has started for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS courses under Government, Grant-in-aid, and Self-financed colleges. As per the official schedule by GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar, candidates can purchase the online PIN and register from 5 July to 18 July 2025, while document verification at help centers will be held from 7 to 19 July 2025. Gujarat NEET Counselling Seat Matrix (MBBS/BDS)
Gujarat NEET Counselling Seat Matrix is the distribution of available MBBS and BDS seats across government and private medical and dental colleges in the state. This seat matrix is important for candidates participating in the counselling process, as it helps them identify the number of seats allocated for various categories, such as General, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, among others. Counselling Registrations - State Quota
Purchase PIN:
- Visit the website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx.
- Purchase a PIN by making an online payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs. 11,000/-.
Start Registration Process:
- After purchasing the PIN, go to the website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx.
- Click on the “Apply for Admission in Medical, Dental, Homeopathy and Ayurvedic” button.
Candidate Registration/Login:
- Click on “Candidate Registration/Login.”
- For new registration, click the “Click here for New Registration” button.
Enter Required Information:
- Enter the following details:
- Serial number of PIN (5 digits, received via mobile/email)
- 14-digit PIN
- E-mail Address
- Mobile No.
- NEET Roll No.
- Captcha Image
- Verify the details and click the “SUBMIT” button.
Create User ID and Password:
- A 5-digit User ID and 14-digit PIN will be generated. Save them carefully for future logins.
- Enter a password (6 to 12 alphanumeric characters) and confirm it.
Fill in Personal Details:
- Fill in the personal details in the “Online Registration Form.”
- If the candidate is from the SEBC category, fill in the issuance date of the non-creamy-layer certificate.
Submit and Confirm Registration:
- Verify the information entered and click the “I Agree” option to submit.
- If any mandatory information is missing, it will be highlighted. Complete the missing fields and submit again.
- An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on “Save Changes.”
Upload Documents:
- Upload the required documents (in .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format) by clicking “Choose file,” selecting the document, and clicking “Upload.”
- Ensure all documents are uploaded correctly.
Edit/Confirm Application:
- Click on “EDIT/CONFIRM APPLICATION” to review the pre-filled details. Make any necessary changes and click “Confirm Registration Details.”
- After confirmation, no further changes can be made.
Document Verification Appointment:
- After uploading documents, schedule an appointment for Document Verification by selecting the Date, Time Slot, and Help Center.
- Print the “Registration Slip” after the appointment is scheduled.
Submit Documents at Help Center:
- Visit the selected Help Center on the scheduled date and time with the printed “Registration Slip” and self-attested copies of all relevant documents.
- Both the candidate and a parent/guardian must sign the Registration Slip.
- The Help Center officer will verify the documents with the originals, retain the Registration Slip, and provide an Acknowledgment receipt.
PwD Candidates:
- Candidates applying for the PwD quota must appear for an examination by the Medical Board of ACPUGMEC. Eligibility will be determined based on the Disability Certificate issued by this board.
Important:
- It is mandatory to visit the Help Center and submit the Registration Slip along with the required documents to be eligible for further admission processes.
Admission/Counselling Process - State Quota
Online admission process consist of seven key stages, below is an outline of each stage, with detailed descriptions to guide candidates through the process.
Online Registration & Document Upload
- PIN Purchase: Begin by purchasing the online PIN from the official website: http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx.
- Visit the Website: Use the same website to fill in your NEET-UG and 12th-grade details, authenticate using the purchased PIN, and fill in other required personal information.
- Password Creation: Generate a secure password for future logins.
- Confirmation: Confirm the details entered and take a printout of the registration details.
Document Verification: To Confirm Registration
- Mandatory Verification: Candidates must visit designated help centers to verify their original documents. A registration slip will be provided, which is necessary to proceed with the admission process.
- Note for NRI Candidates: Document verification for NRI candidates is exclusively conducted at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Help Center.
Preparation and Publication of Merit List
- Merit List Creation: After registration, ACPUGMEC will prepare and publish a merit list of eligible candidates. It is crucial for candidates to verify their merit number and category as listed.
Online Choice Filling & Allotment of Admission
- Choice Filling: Post the merit list announcement, candidates can participate in the online choice filling process for each round.
- Seat Allotment: Once the choice filling period ends, ACPUGMEC will process and declare seat allotments on the website. Candidates can check their allotment status by logging in with their User ID.
Visit the Allotted Institute
- Download Allotment Letter: After logging in with their User ID and Password, candidates must download the allotment letter and fee challan.
- Institute Visit: To confirm the seat, candidates must visit the allotted institute, provide the Institute Verification Code (printed on the allotment letter) to the Nodal Officer, and confirm the admission online.
- Original Document Submission: After this, an online appointment can be made to submit original documents and receive the admission order at the help center.
Payment of Tuition Fees
- Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the required tuition fees at designated bank branches or through online payment within the specified time limit.
Original Document Submission at Help Center
- Document Submission: Candidates need to submit their original documents, the Allotment Letter of the respective round, and the tuition fee payment receipt at the appointed help center for admission confirmation.
