Gujarat NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Reporting represents the process of reporting by students who have been alloted an MBBS or BDS seat in either the Government, Management, or NRI quotas at either Government Medical and Dental Colleges or Self-Financed Medical and Dental Colleges. For the academic year 2025-26, the Round 2 reporting process has been scheduled with clear deadlines. Students will be required to pay the tuition fee online from 22nd September 2025 to 29th September 2025, 03:00 PM or alternatively through designated HDFC Bank branches from 23rd September 2025, 10:30 AM until 29th September 2025, 03:00 PM. After payment of the tuition fee, candidates must report in person with original documents at the Help Centre starting from 23rd September 2025, 10:00 AM until 30th September 2025, 04:00 PM.

Gujarat NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Reporting Schedule

The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has announced the reporting schedule for Round 2 of Gujarat NEET UG Counselling 2025. All candidates who have been allotted seats in the second round must follow the reporting process carefully to confirm their admission.

The process includes online tuition fee payment, fee payment at designated HDFC Bank branches, and reporting with original documents at the help centers. Candidates must complete these steps within the given deadlines, as failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.

Declaration of Result of Seat Allotment and Printing of Allotment Letter

  • Following the conclusion of the choice filling period, ACPUGMEC will announce the results of the seat allotment process based on the student’s merit rank and seated preferences they filled while submitting their choices.
  • After the submission of results, candidates can log into their ACPUGMEC account using their User ID and Password to download the allotment letter and fee challan.
  • The allotment letter and fee challan are important documents and must be presented at the reporting process at the help center where the candidate has been assigned.

Payment of Fees Process

Mode of Payment:

Candidates can pay the tuition fees of their allotted college either:

  • Through the online payment gateway available on the official ACPUGMEC website, or
  • By Cash/Demand Draft at the designated branches of HDFC Bank.

Fee Receipt:

After successful payment of tuition fees, students must download and collect:

  • The fee receipt generated from the ACPUGMEC portal (in 2 copies).
  • The copy of challan (in 2 copies).

For NRI Candidates:

  • Candidates allotted seats under the NRI Category must pay Rs.5.00 lakh as a Refundable Deposit on or before 29th September 2025 (up to 03:00 p.m.).
  • You may pay by an online payment gate, by cash, or by Demand Draft “ACPUGMEC”, (at Gandhinagar), in HDFC Bank branches approved by ACPUGMEC. 
  • Students must confirm admission into the course by presenting their original documents at the Help center after paying the deposit. 
  • The prescribed tuition fees must be paid in US Dollars (USD) or an equivalent amount in any other foreign currency through the reputed accepted modes, directly at the admitted institute on or before 30th September 2025 (up to 03:00 p.m.). 
  • Failure to deposit the tuition fees before or by the stipulated time at the admitted institute, will render the admission to the course cancelled.
  • The refundable deposit of Rs.5.00 lakh will be returned to the candidate after the completion of the entire admission process.

Steps for Admission Confirmation

Admissions Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) has publicly announced the result of the second round of MBBS & BDS admissions. Those who have received a seat allotment must carefully follow the steps below for admissions confirmation:  

  • Step 1: Open the official UG admissions website: https://www.medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx.  
  • Step 2: Sign in to your Login Account using the User ID and Password.   
  • Step 3: Check the allotment status:

If no seat is allotted → Wait for the next Round.  

If seat allotted → Follow the steps mentioned below.  

  • Step 4: Download & print the Allotment Letter from the login account and take an appointment at the nearest Help Center of GMB.  (NRI students shall only report only to GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar).  
  • Step 5: Download & print the Fee Challan for fees, (this is also a mandatory step all students must complete), make the fee payment online via ACPUGMEC portal OR proceed with Step 6.  
  • Step 6: Visit nearest specified HDFC Bank branch to deposit fees (payment will only be allowed by Cash or Demand Draft).  
  • Step 7: If payment is made at the bank counter, collect:

The fee receipt issued by HDFC Bank, and

Your fee challan stamped by HDFC Bank.

  • Step 8: Visit the selected Help Center on your appointment date with:

Original documents as mentioned in the Allotment Letter, and

Fee receipt and challan certified by HDFC Bank.

  • Step 9: Submit all original documents in an A3-size cover (11*15 inches) with your details written on it (format available on the official website), along with your fee receipt.
  • Step 10: Collect your Admission Order, duly signed and stamped by the Nodal Officer at the Help Center, and keep it safe for future reference and further rounds.
