Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling is the last phase where candidates can fill the choices of their choice of colleges and courses as per eligibility and availability of seats. Candidates should understand that the filled choices for Round 1 and Round 2 will be null and void and they will need to fill new choices for Round 3. 1. Activation of Choice Filling Option
- The choice filling option will be activated only after the registration fee has been successfully paid and reconciled.
- Candidates must ensure that payment is completed before attempting to fill in choices.

- From the drop-down menu, first select the desired course (e.g., MBBS or BDS).
- The system will display all colleges offering that course.
- Select your preferred college from the list and click the “Update” button.
- After adding all your desired choices, click on “Save” to secure your preferences.
- It is strongly advised to take a printout of the filled choices and review them with your parents, teachers, or mentors before final submission.
3. Number of Choices
- There is no upper limit on the number of choices a Candidate can fill.
- Candidates are encouraged to fill as many choices as possible in order to maximize the chances of getting a seat on their preferred college/course.
4. Modifying Choices
- Candidates will be able to change and add as many choices as they wish to any number of times, as long as it is before the last date to fill choices.
- It will be the final choices saved and locked until the last date, that will be used at the time of allotting the seats.

5. Category Certificate Verification
- BC-A / BC-B Candidates: Creamy/Non Creamy Layer Certificate must be submitted, issued not before 01.04.2025.
- EWS Candidates: must produce an Income and Asset Certificate, issued not before 01.04.2025.
- SC / SC-Deprived Candidates: Must present a valid caste certificate issued under the Haryana Government.
