The registration process for Round 3 of Haryana NEET UG Counseling 2025 is done by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR), through the official website https://uhsrugcounselling.com. This round provides fresh candidates who have not yet registered, as well as the already registered candidates to either upgrade or take part and register again. Step 1: Visit the Official Website
