As part of the admission process for MBBS/BDS courses under the All India Quota or State Quota, candidates are required to adhere to a bond policy upon securing a seat.
- Document Submission: Once a candidate is admitted, their original documents must be deposited with the respective college. These documents are retained by the college as part of the admission process.
- Bond Agreement: Candidates must sign a bond agreement after the final round of counseling. This bond, attested by a Notary and written on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/-, serves as a commitment that the candidate will not leave the course after the last cut-off date of admission.
- Penalty for Course Withdrawal: If a candidate decides to leave the course after the last cut-off date, they will be required to pay the tuition fees for the entire duration of the course. This ensures that the seat is not wasted and covers the financial loss that might occur due to the late withdrawal.
