Rajasthan NEET UG 2025 Round 3 Counselling has been formally released by the Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Jaipur. After this round, it is vital for applicants to take note to any and all admission, including MBBS/BDS admission at either government, government society or private medical/dental colleges across Rajasthan.
Below are important instructions that all candidates must strictly adhere to in order to ensure seamless participation in the counselling process and admission to there eligible course in Round 3.
1. Certificate Verification for PwD, Defence/Para Military and NRI Candidates
- The recruitment of all PwD/Defence/Para Military and NRI candidates (ie. Either fresh candidates or candidates who could not appear for verification earlier) must physically attend with original copies of relevant certificates for certification verification before the Admission Board in SMS Medical College, Jaipur on 10.10.2025 at 09:00 AM.
- A detailed notification and schedule will be available on the official website: www.rajugneet2025.com.
- Already verified candidates of these categories in earlier rounds do not need to appear again.
2. PwD Certificate Requirements
- All PwD candidates who wish to participate must have their PwD certificate issued only from an MCC-designated center.
- Candidates are advised to regularly visit the MCC website (mcc.nic.in) for updates and the list of designated centers.
- PwD certificates issued by non-designated centers will not be accepted for counselling or admission purposes.
3. Application Fee for Fresh Candidates
Fresh candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee at the time of filling the application form:

4. Seat Forfeiture Rule
- A candidate who is assigned a seat (new or upgraded) in Round 3 but does not report to the college of their allotted seat after the time given for them to report will lose their security deposit.
- Candidates who do not report to their allotted college will also be barred from further participation in the counselling rounds.
5. Restriction on Further Participation
- Candidates who have been marked “Joined” after Round 3 will not be permitted to participate in any further rounds of the Rajasthan NEET UG counselling.
- Once a candidate has accepted their seat and joined the college, the seat will be deemed final.
6. No Resignation After Joining Round 3
- Candidates who physically join a course or retain their seat (either from earlier rounds of counselling or a newly allotted seat in Round 3) will not be permitted to resign from the course thereafter.
- Candidates will not be permitted to return original documents or withdraw admissions.
- Candidates must adhere to the bond conditions to that course and college pursuant to state and NMC/DCI regulation.
