Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Schedules

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has published the official schedule for Round 2 counselling (Uttarakhand State Centralised NEET UG 2025 Counselling) for admission into the MBBS and BDS courses for the candidates of Uttarakhand. Round 2 is important for the candidates who are seeking admission or want to upgrade from the previous seats of medical and dental colleges of Uttarakhand.

The procedure calls for registering online, paying the counselling fee and the security amount, re-registering for the students already registered, submitting the form, filling the choices and locking the choices. Only those NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates who meet the eligibility requirements established by the NMC/DCI and the Government of Uttarakhand will be able to participate.

The online registration and choice filling for  Round 2 counselling will be open from 10th September 2025 (11:00 AM) to 16th September 2025 (5:00 PM, server time).Payments for the registration and security fees can be made online through credit/debit cards or net banking.

Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 Dates

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has published the timetable for Round 2 of NEET UG 2025 Counselling for MBBS and BDS courses. This round is opened to newly registered candidates, candidates from previous registered but wishing to upgrade their seats, and candidates from Round 1 who did not secure a seat.

The process of registration, choice filling and choice locking during the Round 2 counselling process will be conducted online only. All eligible candidates who wish to participate in the counselling process must register during the specified timetable, all candidates who wish to surrender, withdraw their allotted seats without forfeiting the security deposit before the deadline.

Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 Round 2 – General Instructions

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has published comprehensive general instructions, terms and conditions to be adhered to by candidates participating in Round 2 of NEET UG 2025 counselling. These will assist in the processes of registration, seat allocation and admission to MBBS and BDS courses in the Government and Private sector in Uttarakhand.

Registration & Fee Payment 

Candidates must register using an online application form, and submit a non-refundable registration fee and security money (refundable or forfeitable) via online mode only. The registration fee is non-refundable in any situation. The counselling schedule must be followed to conclude all processes on time.

Application Form Submission

• The application form should be completed in full and the application form must be completed accurately. 
• The candidate should upload their photograph and (signature) as the candidate submitted and uploaded in the NEET UG 2025 application form. 
• Each and every detail must be reviewed carefully before submission. After the application form has been submitted, the candidate should print their application form for their reference.

Bank Details for Refund

• Candidates must provide their own bank account details or that of a parent/guardian. Refunds of the security deposit (if applicable) will only be processed to the account mentioned in the form.
• In case incorrect details are provided, the University will not be responsible for refund delays.
• If account details are not filled, the refund (if not forfeited) will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 
• Candidates also need to please not initiate chargebacks with their bank, as this will delay the refund process. Any back charges will be the charge of the candidate. 

Documents & Photographs

• Candidates must keep at least 10 copies of the same photograph submitted in the NEET UG 2025 application form. The photographs will be needed at different stages of the admission process.

Counselling Process

• Centralised counselling will be conducted for the following quotas:
• MBBS courses in Government Medical Colleges affiliated with HNBUMU (State Quota).
• MBBS courses in Private Medical Colleges of Private Universities in Uttarakhand (All India Open Quota & State Quota).
• BDS courses in Private Dental Colleges affiliated with HNBUMU (All India Open Quota & State Quota).
• Only NEET UG 2025 qualified and registered eligible candidates will be considered for admissions.
• Seat allotment will be strictly based on merit-cum-choice under the available quota.
