- Candidates who have received an upgrade and whose medical certificate has been obtained in the proper format do not need to undergo medical examination again at the newly allotted institution.
- In the case of a seat upgradation from one private medical college to another, the candidate will have the option to pay fees via cheque along with an affidavit, and additional time will be provided for bank guarantee submission along with the affidavit until the last date of registration for the next round. If the cheque bounces or the candidate fails to provide the bank guarantee, their admission will be cancelled.
