MCC NEET Counselling Round 3 Choice Filling Schedule
Round 3 Choice Filling and Locking stage is a very important activity for candidates seeking admissions in MBBS, BDS and other medical courses under All India quota, the central universities, deemed universities, AIIMS and JIPMER as part of the MCC NEET Counselling 2025 Process.
At this stage candidates can make choices of colleges and courses and may rank colleges in the order they wish to attend college. The Round 3 Choice Filling will determine the potential colleges and courses by the seats the candidates will be considered for, therefore it is very important to make choices at this stage and lock the choices on time.
Round 3 choice filling process will open and will start on 30th September 2025 to 5th October 2025, 11:55 PM as per server time candidates must lock their choice between 4:00 PM and 11:55 PM on 5th October 2025. MCC NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling Process
The process of filling preferences for Round 3 of MCC NEET Counselling 2025 is an important phase for candidates aspiring to take admission in MBBS, BDS and other various medical courses under All India Quota (AIQ), Central Universities, Deemed Universities, along with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER).
This process is an opportunity for candidates to choose and fill their order of preference regarding choice of colleges and choice of courses. This process of choice filling will ultimately determine if they get allotted a seat in the new allotment. Unlike, Round 2 and other previous rounds, Round 3 will require a new registration on the site because all choices from Round 2 will be void if the individual proceeds to fill their choices again in Round 3.
The preference filling process will commence on 30th of September 2025 until the 5th of October 2025 at 11:55 PM server time. The candidate will have to ensure they lock their preferences on their chosen preferences on the 5th of October, they will only be able to lock their choices between the hours of 4pm until 11:55 PM. If an individual fails to lock their preferences, none will be considered for allotment. The following are the procedure in details step by step for Round 3 Preference filling:
Step 1: Go to the MCC Portal
Candidates need to log on to the MCC portal (www.mcc.nic.in) using their credentials that was generated when they registered for Round 3. Preference filling is only available for all registered candidates, and all registered candidates can sign in to fill out that preference.
Step 2: Verify Seat Matrix
Before filling in choices, candidates should check the seat matrix for All India Quota, Deemed / Central Universities, AIIMS, and JIPMER. This will help to prepare a preference list depending on seat availability and the candidate’s NEET rank.
Step 3: Fill College and Course Preferences
