Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2, conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), offers students the opportunity to register, express willingness, and participate in seat allotment for MBBS and BDS seats in government, private, and minority institutions in Punjab.
Round 2 allows for new registrations, form changes, and payments of the required security deposit. Punjab NEET UG Counselling 2025 (Round 2) gives candidates another opportunity to secure or upgrade their MBBS/BDS seats. Students who were unable to get a seat in the first round, or those looking for upgradation, can actively participate in this phase. Below is a step-by-step guide to help applicants successfully register, fill choices, and verify their application status.
Access the Application Form from the Official Website:
To begin, go to the official website of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) www.bfuhs.ac.in. On main page, click on the link that says, “Click here to apply admission application form for admission to MBBS/BDS Course under NEET UG-2025.”
Check the Seat Matrix before Starting the Application:
You also look at the seat matrix for the MBBS and BDS course, for the 2025 session, to see available seats in Different Colleges and Categories before you start the application.
Start the Application Process by Clicking the Counselling Link:
On the home page, select, “Click here to apply for MBBS/BDS online counselling under NEET UG-2025” to register for courses.
Login with your Registration Number and Password:
In the login window, enter your Registration Number and password. After both have been entered, click on the “Submit” button as your next step.
Read All Instructions Carefully before Proceeding:
Read all instructions mentioned on the screen and thoroughly understand them. Select the checkbox “I have read and understood all the instructions”. Click on “Continue” and proceed.
Once you have logged in, you will see your dashboard. You may now begin to navigate through the counselling portal. You can check the seat matrix for availability by clicking on the “Colleges/Seat Matrix” icon located on the top panel of the dashboard.
Fill the Admission Application Form (Step I):
Click on “Fill/Edit Admission Form (Step-I)” to proceed. Fill in all the fields of the admission application form carefully – and check that you have entered the correct details before saving/discarding.
Accept the Declaration and Proceed to Choice Filling:
Once you have filled the admission form, click to accept declaration by clicking on the green button “Accept Declaration and Continue to Choice Filling.” You are now ready to proceed to the choice-filling section.
Fill in Choices for Courses and Colleges (Step II):
You are now ready to fill your choices for courses and colleges. The first step is to choose a course name (MBBS or BDS), followed by your preferred category and quota. Use the “Select Choice” option to select your preferences in the order of priority. After you have filled all your preferences, save your choices by clicking “Save Choices.”
Review the Choices Entered before Final Submission:
Your filled choices will be shown in a preview. This will unmistakably show you the filled choices, check this thoroughly to ensure your choices are in the correct order before final submission.
Verify Completion of All Steps from the Dashboard (Step III):
Return to the Dashboard and confirm that each step is correctly completed:
- Step-I should be marked as “Complete.”
- Step-II should be marked as “Filled.”
- Step-III should be marked as “Complete.”
Once all steps are verified, you can safely logout from the counselling portal.
