Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 provides an important opportunity for candidates to secure admission in MBBS and BDS courses from the State of Tripura. Candidates are encouraged to participate in Round 3 of Tripura NEET Counselling 2025, especially those who were unable to secure a seat in Round 1 and Round 2 or candidates looking to now participate for the first time. 

Candidates are now capable of registering afresh, making session fee payments, and completing the final submission till: 15th October 2025 (12 Noon). For candidates who will need to make corrections, the registration unlocking facility will be available till 10 AM on the 15th of October 2025. All registered candidates must correct any identified discrepancies resulting from document verification before 5 PM on the 15th of October 2025. Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration Schedule

Candidates must complete all registration formalities, including fresh registration, fee payment, and final submission, before the deadlines. For corrections, the registration unlocking facility is available for a limited period. Tripura NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration Process

Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TMCC) has started the Round 3 registration for NEET UG 2025. This round is the last opportunity for candidates to be admitted to MBBS and BDS courses in the state. The third round is important for applicants who did not get a seat in previous rounds or who might be an applicant for the first time. 

Visit the Official Website 

• To access the TMCC official website, navigate to the URL: https://trmcc.admissions.nic.in 

Complete New Registration 

• After you have reached the TMCC official portal, you should click on the “New Registration” link and enter in the relevant information specific to NEET UG 2025.
• Once this is complete you will receive an OTP to your mobile number as well as an email provided. You also will be required to create a user ID and password for logging in. 

Fill out the Application Form 

• You will be asked to provide your personal details, category of which you fit in, and domicile.
• You will also be asked to provide information pertaining to your parent or guardian.
• You need to provide the information pertaining to NEET UG 2025 as well as the marks, and board from your Class 10 & 12 as well as the year you completed this. 

Upload Document 

You will have to upload scanned copies of your necessary documents, details of the documents to be uploaded during registration are as follows:

1. Personal Identification & Proof of Age

• Birth Certificate or Class X Admit Card or Class X Pass Certificate.

2. Tripura State Domicile / Parents’ Service Documents

• Clause 1: PRTC of the candidate or PRTC of the parents.
• Clause 2: Parents’ service certificate clearly mentioning service in the State of Tripura.
• Clause 3: Parents’ service/deputation certificate issued by the appointing authority.
• Clause 4: Valid WESM certificate issued by the Rajya Sainik Board5
• Clause 5: Service certificate of the parents along with the candidate’s Class 12th admit card/marksheet.

3. Category / Reservation Certificates

• EWS Certificate issued from the appropriate authority for the financial year 2024-25.
• SC/ST/OBC-NCL Certificate issued by the competent authority.
• Valid WESM Certificate for NEET-UG 2025 issued from the Rajya Sainik Board.

4. Disability Certificate (if applicable)

• Issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board in an ONLINE format by designated centers as per NMC norms (Gazette Notification no. MCI-34(41)/2018-Med./170045 dated 04/02/2019).

Note: Certificates issued by any other authority/hospital will not be accepted.

5. Academic Documents

• H.S. (+2) Marksheet
• If grades are awarded instead of marks/percentage, official supporting document converting grades to marks/percentage must be produced.

Pay the Registration Fee 

• For registration payment options:
• General/OBC (State Domicile): Rs.2,500 General-EWS/OBC (Non-Domicile): Rs.2,000 
• SC/STPwD: Rs.1,800

Final Submission

• Verify details carefully before clicking “Final Submit” (no edits allowed after submission).
• Download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Security Deposit for Later Rounds

Government College Seats:

• SC/ST candidates: Rs.5,000
• All other candidates: Rs.10,000
• Non-Government Colleges (and for candidates applying for both Government and Private Colleges):
• All categories: Rs.1,00,000

Note: The security deposit will only be forfeited if the candidate fails to join the allotted seat or provides false information.

Important Guidelines

• Registration can only be done online through the TMCC portal; offline applications are not accepted.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of reporting; failure leads to cancellation of admission.
• If a candidate surrenders a seat in one round, they cannot claim it in later rounds.
• Candidates admitted in Round 1 or 2 can participate in Round 3 only if they surrender the earlier seat with a valid Surrender Certificate.
• Vacant seats after Round 1/2/3 will be carried forward to the next round or Stray Vacancy Round.
• A Stray Vacancy Round may be conducted offline by TMCC or the admitting institutions if seats remain vacant after Round 3.
