- The Applicant must possess the required criteria and educational qualifications.
- The applicant`s email ID and mobile number will be used for further correspondence.
- After reading the above instructions to fill Online Application Form, the Applicant has to click the Next button to display the Online Application Form.
- Candidates must use the same details to fill in the Application form as submitted for NEET UG-2025.
- The candidate will have to pay a Counselling fee of Rs. 1,000.00 at the time of admission, if selected.

Phase 1: Registration & Choice Filling (Assam Quota)
Register:

The counselling process begins with Round 1 & concludes with a Final Stray Vacancy Round, where remaining vacant seats are filled through fresh registrations, ensuring all available positions are occupied. Candidates must upload essential certificates after each round’s result declaration to facilitate the verification process. Below is the step-by-step process for each round,
Round 1:
- a) Main Counselling Registration: Candidates register and pay a non-refundable registration fee along with a refundable security deposit.
- b) Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates choose their preferred colleges and courses and lock their choices.
- c) Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated based on choices and merit.
- d) Publication of Round 1 Result: Results are published on the MCC website.
- e) Uploading Essential Certificates: Candidates upload necessary certificates after the result declaration.

Bond Policy for MBBS Candidates in Assam
Service Requirement:
- Post-Completion Service: After completing the MBBS course, the candidate is required to serve the Government of Assam for a minimum period of 5 years.
- Service Scope: The service obligation includes working in any State Government Service within the Health and Allied sector, including agencies/institutions under NHM (National Health Mission) or any other State/Central Government sponsored schemes.
- Rural Service: The service period must include at least 1 year of rural service.
Breach of Terms:
- Penalty: If the candidate fails to fulfill the service obligation, they will be liable to pay a compensation amount of Rs. 30,00,000 (Rupees thirty lakhs) to the Government of Assam, Health and Family Welfare Department.
