Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration

Uttarakhand NEET Counseling 2025 Round 3 Registration is now open for all eligible and qualified candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2025 and wish to take admission in MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges of Uttarakhand. This round provides a second opportunity for candidates who did not get a seat in the earlier rounds, and for fresh candidates who did not register in Round 1 or Round 2.

Candidates must do the online registration, pay the registration fee and security fee amount, fill out the application form, and do the document uploads within the dates provided. For previously registered candidates who only want the seat upgrade and are not interested in fresh registration process, they will not need to pay registration fee again but they need to complete the online choice-filling and locking process by using the same login credentials provided at the time of registration.

The registration/ choice filling for Round 3 commenced on 06-10-2025 and will last until 14-10-2025 at 04:00 PM (server timer) on the official counselling portal for 2025. Candidates should perform registration/ choice filling carefully by checking their information, documents, and choices correctly filled in – failure to do so may disqualify a student from the process, or lead to cancellation of an allotted seat.

This round is undertaken in an allotment system based on merit, and candidates are required to check the official counselling portal on a regular basis for updates, notifications, schedules.

Instruction for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2025 Round 3 Registration

1. Candidates seeking admission in the counselling process must pay the registration fee and security deposit using Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

• Only after this payment, candidates will be able to participate in the counselling process.

2. Candidates who have already registered in previous rounds will not need to make the payment again.

• If such candidates wish to participate for seat upgradation, they must log in to the university portal www.hnbumu.ac.in and submit a new choice form using the previously paid registration fee.
• Candidates cannot make a fresh payment if they were already registered.

3. Candidates who have already paid the security deposit in previous rounds and are participating for seat upgradation, if they wish to modify or submit choices for new options, must submit the new choice form online on the portal.

• They will not be allowed to make another payment.
• This ensures that candidates use the previously submitted deposit for the current counselling process.

4. Candidates are required to submit a new choice form during the Round 3 counselling for any modifications or new preferences.

• Candidates who do not submit the new choice form will not be considered for seat allotment in Round 3.
• Therefore, it is mandatory for candidates to submit the updated choice form even if they are participating for seat upgradation.

5. If any candidate or previously registered candidate wishes to modify their preferences or make changes, they must do so online only.

• Offline modifications will not be accepted.
• A fee of Rs. 500 will be charged online if any changes are made.
• Candidates should carefully review and save their preferences before submitting.
• Payment can only be made online, and no offline payment will be accepted.

6. Candidates must verify the saved choices and ensure all required fields are correctly filled.

• The system allows editing and updating of the choices until the final submission.

7. After saving the choice form, candidates must submit it to complete the process.

• Saving alone does not mean the form has been submitted.
• Only after submission will the choices be considered final for counselling.

8. If candidates have saved the choice form, they still need to submit it to take part in the process of seat allotment.

• Candidates need to make sure they save as well as submit the choice form for participation in counselling.

9. Seat allotment occurs according to the rank of the candidates and category, candidates should make sure all the information in the choice form is valid and up to date.

• If any information is incorrect or incomplete in the choice, the candidate can lose the allotted seat. 
• The deciding factor for the candidate is to submit the choice and pay attention to course preferences, category and/or quota.

10. The university will allot seats based only on the choices that have been submitted.

• Any saved choices and not submitted will not be considered.
• It is up to the candid date of the choice form to submit the choice form in a timely manner -or- they may risk forfeiting their allotment.
